Great Location and Place to Stay!
Pros:

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had breakfast each morning in the hotel and were able to choose either the breakfast buffet (both hot and cold options) or ordering from the menu. I tried both, and both were delicious. There is a workout room with three treadmills, two ellipticals, a bike, free weights, exercise balls and a workout machine. There is an outdoor pool, and parking is on the premises. We love the location, as we can walk to downtown Asheville in five minutes to eat, shop and enjoy the nightlife.

Cons:

The room needs a make-up mirror and more towel racks.

Relaxing vacation in Asheville
Pros:

We recently stayed at this amazing hotel during our trip to Asheville. The hotel is located on College Street. This hotel is in close walking distance of many different types of restaurants, museums, and many different places to shop. I really enjoyed being able to walk around Asheville instead of having to drive everywhere. The vibe in Asheville was very friendly and relaxed. We had reserved a King Deluxe Room and it was awesome, clean, very well appointed, and maintained! It was a very good room for the price I paid! The hotel was very quiet during the day and night. Ms. Reagan who worked the Front Desk was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful during my stay! She answered all our questions about Asheville that we had. The Housekeeping Staff Mr. Oscar, Ms. Issa, and Ms. Velma were extremely friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job maintaining our room during our stay at the hotel! We will return to this hotel for our next trip to Asheville.

Fantastic Staff, great rooms and SAFE location!
Pros:

Ashville Hilton has the friendliest hotel staff, from all departments. It was so refreshing to see smiling faces and cheerful voices. Great downtown location very close to a lot of great eateries. Super safe neighbourhood.

Cons:

Pool was closed, we came from -20 Canadian weather and looked forward to the pool.

The waitress was super nice

Cons:

The breakfast was just eatable and cost was high. I was on the 5th floor. I was gone from 7am until 3pm working. When I got back room service had not come. They didn’t make it to that floor until 3:30. There were two small trash cans in the room. Only one had a bag. Also I was on the side gassing the road and I heard sirens all night. Also. There is no smoking area. I was told it was all the way around the front of the building. There was no but bucket. So I walked back and forth in the rain. There was nowhere to sit. On the last morning I saw the but bucket beside the pool door. If that’s the smoking area. Not only is there to where to sit. But it’s not even covered and out of the weather
