My room’s floor wasn’t clear. I saw dirty floors. Too expensive. No water provided. Also, I had to pay for the soda and the parking access.

Unfortunately , I left a good pair of woman boots and they were not recovered so I can only assume what might have happened to my boots on camera. they were left in my room and I did not receive any call of recovery.

Good location in Napa

Cons:

Was very upset we had to pay for parking when there were free parking lots all around the hotel. I asked for a refund because several of my friends who also stayed at the hotel didn’t have to pay for parking. I also think it is ridiculous to charge $3 for a bottle of water in the room.
