We would definitely stay here again! The location is good, the staff is very friendly and kind, and our room was great!
Pros:

It was great overall

Cons:

Breakfast could’ve been better? The food was cold :(
We requested no housekeeping and housekeeping came every day which was a small annoyance. Their work is much appreciated, and we prefer our space to be ours for the short duration that we’re there.
Also, the upstairs neighbors were noisy, but that is of course not the fault of the hotel.

PCI compliance violation by asking guests to write down credit card info for them to hold.

Early check in. hotel was clean.

Cons:

I used booking.com to reserve the room. when we arrived, their system was down so they asked us to write down our credit card information on a random form. When I questioned this practice and offered to show them my credit card, they said "sorry". This is a complete PCI Compliance Violations: The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). So what am I going to do? Find another hotel one hour before my event? When I asked them to shred it the next morning upon checkout they said it was locked in Ashleys office. When I called Ashley and left a message, asking her to call back and confirm she had done this, she failed to respond. So, yes I think they suck.
