Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado.
As instalações são ótimas, café da manhã delicioso.
Os funcionários extremamente educados e atenciosos. Especialmente Solange e Ronise na Recepção; e Marilda e Karen no salão de café.
Com certeza ficarei no Cosmos caso volte à Caxias do Sul.

Excelente ponto de referência na cidade.
Pros:

Sempre me hospedo lá quando vou a Caxias. O padrão continua sempre o mesmo. Apesar de não ser um hotel novo, continua confortável, com um ótimo café da manhã e, principalmente, muito atento à limpeza.

Cons:

Estacionar a garagem quando está cheia nem sempre é fácil, mas ainda assim a comodidade de ter onde guardar o carro com tranquilidade e segurança compensa.

Horário de entrada. 14h para iniciar uma diária é um transtorno para alguém que está chegando na cidade. O ideal é que o ingresso ainda seja no turno da manhã, mesmo porque a saída é no turno da manhã, portanto UMA DIÁRIA NAO DURA UM DIA.
