Good stay just overpriced.

Pros:

Always a pleasure to stay here. It is clean, staff is friendly, and the beds/pillows are very comfortable

Cons:

Pool was very cloudy. I requested a ground floor room because I have a service dog but the lady at the front desk (who was very helpful. And tried to accommodate my request) said my request never got to them.

Other than poor elevator service and front desk attendant all was exellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was awsome. Breakfast staff was awsone. Lady at front desk seemed to be in a aggravated state. Of mind. Didn't like her attitude on entry and leaving.

The staff was friendly and the customer service was wonderful. Children in pool was minimum.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, and there were several different choices. The hot food was hot and the coffee and variety of the different creamers was beyond my expectations.

Cons:

There were bits of black hair in and on the shower walls. My hair is reddish so the hair did not belong to me.

Great location, friendly people, good breakfast. The rooms just need a little TLC
Pros:

The hotel property is conveniently located to a few restaurants and easy to access the highways etc. The property has an excellent continental breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel room we specifically stayed in had an issue with the AC/HVAC system. When we checked into the room it was set at 72 degrees, we changed it to 67 degrees and the thermostat said to contact the front desk. After contacting the front desk and having an associate come check out the thermostat, nothing was resolved. The AC unit would stay on for approximately two mins at a time and wasn’t cooling down the room.

The shower had a really high pitched squeak when turned on.

Disappointed with the stay

Cons:

Didn't like the price too high for the area. The pool was not open. Room was unsatisfactory refrigerator didn't work phone didn't work the entire 3 days we were there the bathroom ceiling was damaged
