Was disappointed in our stay this time because it was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards.
Pros:

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel.

Cons:

The water at the hotel was cut off for an entire day and the hot water never came back on before we had to leave. I think they should have forewarned us before we checked in and at the very least offered us a discount for the inconvenience.

Good, but could've been better.

Breakfast was ok. Location was good.

Cons:

Other people staying there kind of ruined the experience. There were very loud people in the room next to us. We booked this hotel for the beautiful pool but we're unable to enjoy it because of one group totally taking it over and acting very rambunctious. We left early because of these issues. I think the pool should be monitored better and people shouldn't be allowed to take the whole thing over for hours at a time preventing other people from enjoying it.

Great property bad staff!
Pros:

Property is beautiful, great pool area, breakfast is good and rooms are super clean.

Cons:

They forgot to give us our wakeup calls for two days in a row. Housekeeping forgot to service our room.
