Great property bad staff!
Pros:

Property is beautiful, great pool area, breakfast is good and rooms are super clean.

Cons:

They forgot to give us our wakeup calls for two days in a row. Housekeeping forgot to service our room.

Kids loved the waterpark feature, bathroom was nasty, I did bring it up to several people about the bathroom and water,

The room smelled musky, probably from the water damage coming from the bathroom. Luke warm water most the time during stay, hot water one day.
