I stayed at Holiday Inn for two weeks as part of a business trip. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance from Raja Chulan Monorail Station, Pavilion Mall, the Petronas Twin Towers, and KLCC. There are also several restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. Check-in and check-out were quick. The room was clean and decently sized, with a view of the Merdeka Tower. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room, which was quite convenient on a long business trip. Breakfast had enough options, though they were just okay; the choices and quality could be better. There are several restaurants attached to the hotel building. The bar and lounge on the ground floor (I have forgotten the name) offered good food with generous portion sizes. All the staff there were very warm and paid extra attention to me seeing that I was a solo woman traveler. The manager also engaged in friendly conversation and told me about their live music events. She ensured that I ate properly and also offered me complimentary savories. I would recommend this hotel if you need a convenient location.

Reasonable sized rooms with a large TV and fridge etc. Has everything I could need and also helpful staff.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Very hospitable. Gave us early check in as well.
Sehri was horrible. Menu was not upto the mark. For practising Muslims in Ramadan, sehri options were extremely limited and taste was v bad.
Extremely comfortable beds and Pillows. Cozy environment. Staff was super friendly. Check-in and check-out process was super fast. Washrooms were clean and nice. No bad small , nothing unclean in room or bathrooms. View was decent. Breakfast was decent. Location was decent. Parking process was very good but the fact that we had to validate it each time we went out was kind of an inconvenience
Room size was very small. Biggest issue was that lobby was on first floor and no bell boy. Even though after I went up and requested, they sent someone to take my luggage up. But the "hotel luxury" vibe was missing because I think they have rented out their ground floor to some shops and all. But I guess for the price you pay, this might be expected. For these factors, I would say the price needs to be even lower by at least 20% per night, then it would be a perfect value for money.
