Best Hotel in the City Center of KL
Pros:

The location is fabulous. Easy to navigate & in the Golden Triangle. You can easily roam around the city. Food is also delicious. Breakfast have good options. Stuff were helpful & service oriented.

Cons:

The room size is too small.

Cons:

The hotel wrongly repeat charged (from booking.com first and repeat charged on the day I checked out) us and the process of re fund is still going on slowly. It is since early Feb, and now March. No updating status from the hotel staff.

Não gosto do quarto tem muito barulho da rua. O quanto não tem vidros duplos.
