Pros:

The free buffet breakfast provided in the morning. There was a surprising wide variety to select from and I'm very satisfied.

The location was also very convenient, walking distance to KLCC Suria, KLCC Park and the Petronas Twin Tower.

Cons:

I think some of the elevators were connected to the office part of the building, so not all of them linked to the hotel.

Also, you need to travel to level 1 to get to the lobby/dining area, the ground level is G, followed by 1, 2, 3, etc. That's a little inconvenient in my opinion since people who are travelling and tired will have to take the elevator to get to level 1 in order to check in, then after which, take the elevator again to their room. Then when checking out, head over to level 1 to check out and then use the elevator again to get to the ground floor.

Last point is not caused by the hotel, but the traffic in the area is rather bad. Coming from a country where traffic lights are available when people are meant to cross, there are a few areas which there are no traffic lights to cross and people have to wait for either the cars/motorcycles to give way (i.e. stop) or run through the vehicles and pray that they don't get hit. There might have been traffic lights but I was following the directions given by Google maps. Just wanted to give a warning to people who are travelling with elderly folks that they need to be prepared to either take a cab/have their own car or find routes with traffic lights. OH and before I forget, some traffic lights count down almost immediately, so even I had to run a little when crossing a couple of them.

Cerca de todo
Pros:

Estaba muy cerca de las Twin Tower y del Pavilion. A pesar de ser zona financiera, estaba todo muy a mano. Incluso podias tomar el metro cerca para poder ir a las Batu Caves (o adonde quieras)

Cons:

Se complicó un poco el servicio de taxi. Se resolvió positivamente. Los empleados muy bien dispuestos

Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.
Pros:

Gerek yeri olsun gerek bina gerekse de odanın imkanları olsun, her şeyiyle 10 üzerinden 10. Odada her şey çok profesyonel bir şekilde açıklanmış durumda. Yine gelsem kalacağım yer burası olur. Bintang yemek sokağına, Pavilion AVM’ye ve metro otobüs duraklarına yakın konumda, altında süper market var. Petronas kuleleri’ne de yürüyerek gidilebilir konumda. Civarı herhangi bir saatte yürümek için güvenli.

Cons:

Kusur bulunabilecek hiçbir şey yok.

Pros:

Very cozy bed, the toiletries and towels were sufficient, staff were kind and helpful, housekeeping was very good, the free breakfast was nice, when we requested things the service was quick and finally, the location was close to pavillion which was convenient. Overall had a great stay here!

Cons:

Would be nice to have an ironing station inside the room, however we understand space might be limited for this. Despite this we still managed and overall enjoyed our stay here.

Pros:

Otel karşılama çok iyiydi, sabah onda gitmemize rağmen odamıza aldılar. Kahvaltılı seçenek almıştık ancak hijyen ve nitelik konusunda soru işaretleri oluştu. Yemek konusunda çok seçici olmamamıza rağmen boşuna kahvaltılı almışız dedik. Konumu çok güzeldi.
