Amazing
Pros:

The beds were so comfortable and soft. The hotel's location was great, right in the city centre and a short distance from a majority of the places one wanted to sight see. The staff were so friendly and also so helpful especially during check-In. Check-in was also really fast.

Cons:

The breakfast on certain days was a bit lacking especially protein choices but was overall okay as it suited people from all walks of lives and religions.

A very good location and helpful and excellent staff service at the front office.
Pros:

The breakfast was convenient for us.
The variety at breakfast was good
Some hot food served were cold when eaten
Staff were very happy to serve at all times

Cons:

The size of room was not satisfactory
During entry into The breakfast hall the ushering of the customer to a specific location/table could be organised better. We were left to find our own table and set up cutlery etc ourselves. A system of knowing the table is taken/ vacant will be handy and a bit of peace of mind.
