Cons:

Es wurde mehrfach per Mail und telefonisch angefragt, ob ein 16 jähriger Minderjähriger dort allein übernachten könne nach entsprechender Bescheinigung der Eltern. Keine Antwort auf die Mail, widersprüchliche Äußerungen am Telefon mit dann doch möglicher Buchung, die im Verlauf wieder widerrufen, dann erneut bestätigt wurde, um sie dann abschließend endgültig zu widerrufen. Unterirdische Telefonhotline, die eines internationalen Hotels am Flughafen Frankfurt nicht würdig ist. Hotel war sonst soweit in Ordnung

Close to airport, friendly staff, good price.

Cons:

Heating cannot be adjusted. Cold room but they gave me a heater. There are different sizes of executive rooms and you get them by luck. Mold in the bathroom.

Der Blick kann ja nach Etage gut sein.

Cons:

Ich hätte falsch gebucht. An der Rezeption wollte ich das Datum ändern, leider ging das System nicht und ich mir wurde gesagt, ich solle neu buchen, und die Stornierung der alten Buchung wird extra abgewickelt, via Booking. Dies fand nicht statt trotz Antrags via Booking. Im Service Center kann mir niemand helfen, auf schriftliche Nachrichten reagiert das Hotel nicht.

Und außerdem wechselte die Dusche die Temperatur von lauwarm zu heiß zufällig, so dass man sich verbrannte.
