Even though it was just for 1 night, it was enjoyable. And, I would consider staying again!

I was given a sign to put in my car, but was told until I checked out that I had to pay for parking.

Nice clean and convenient accommodations.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. They started on time. The parking was easy. Though there was an extra cost for parking I was not expecting. Staff was personable and professional. Will stay there in future.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. Although I thought hotel fee was not outrageous, it was still high and I thought parking was included. I've stayed there before and parking was included. Ice machine on my floor was out of order. Although working on other floors and worked well.

Deposit requirement and Charging for parking seemed like that of a cheap hotel. A simple policy that customers will be notified and charged for damages with the credit card on file should be enough. If they continue to charge for parking they will be responsible for related damages/theft.

Loved the breakfast, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. Regardless of the pool and no hot water we enjoyed our stay t
Pros:

Location to everything we had planned for our trip. We have stayed at this location many times. And enjoy it.

Cons:

When we arrived we were told they were having issues with the hot water and that it would be fixed in a couple hours. When we awoke the next day to get showers to start our day there was still no hot water. Also there was a sign that the pool was closed from October thru January which we were not aware of.

Overall, our stay was ok, a few issues kept it from being enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the television was large and easy to watch. I also appreciated that the staff accommodated us with another room, as there was an event with a large number of college students.

Cons:

Our stay had a few challenges. Unfortunately, we were without hot water for two days during 50–60 degree weather, which made it too cold to shower comfortably. The breakfast was average — the potatoes were served cold, and the eggs contained cheese. When I asked if there were any without cheese, I was told there weren’t any available.
