Pros:

Very disappointing. Woke on Saturday 7th March with no water. We couldn't have a coffee. Brush our teeth or shower or wash our clothes. The whole reason people stay in accommodation. I would like a refund. Or another night free please. Look forward to discussing this further.

Great base for visit/stay in Geraldton
Pros:

Return visitors, especially love the location and use of the spa, which has excellent pressure for aches and pains.

Cons:

Arranged later checkin in the event staff had gone home when arriving in Geraldton from Perth. Unfortunately the external check-in system for release of the key and access pass did not recognise my surname. Thankfully someone was still onsite when I rang them, to check us in.

It was spacious

Cons:

There was no proper seating. The one that was there was in a bad condition. For a two bedroom apartment you need better seating in the living room. The sofa needs to be upgraded.

Pros:

The pool was great!

Cons:

The apartment was very tired, the couch looked like they got it from a second hand store, couch cover and lumpy. Cheap furniture and old pillows. It needed a paint touch up. The kitchen window was dirty and the tracks were filthy.

Pros:

The pool was amazing! We also loved the barbecue area! It was so clean and they even cleaned everything after us! Such a wonderful service! We enjoyed it very much! Bathroom very large! The room was also nice! It could be a little cleaner, but that’s very high demand. Bed very comfortable and clean! We loved the stuff! So nice! The closeness to the beach was phenomenal! We enjoyed the stay and would really love to visit again!

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

Great location, staff are wonderful and friendly, room very clean, good security, pool area very nice.

Cons:

When at the pool there was two women with two little kids each playing in the pool and in the hot tub but they were not staying at resort, it was after school time and a hot day but no excuse for disrupting guests. They don’t have block out curtains so was very light early.
