Bacolod isn't particularly touristy, so there's not so many hotels. This is clearly one of the nicest ones available .

The rooms are comfortable, the shower is good, the AC works great.

Some of the staff were really nice, Dana really did try her best for us.

We were there for a wedding and the venue was lovely. The catering for the wedding was very good, and the restaurant was quite good as well.

Location is pretty good, it helps that it's next to a big mall

Cons:

I'm sorry to say the buffet breakfast was absolutely shocking, which is really disappointing because the restaurant and wedding catering were both good. Bread was so dry it crumbled like sand, meat was turning green, coffee was brown water, juice wasn't fresh...

The pool was very dirty, it was actually slippy because of all the slime on the bottom. And no loungers, just sofas and dining tables.

Pros:

Love Sugarland for their food. Don’t care much about the location (far from Downtown) but good, comfortable room for the price. Very courteous and efficient staff!

Comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

Appreciate early check-in, not 15:00 as advisertised. Breakfast was good poolside. Restaurant cooking is good. Good wifi
