L'hôtel est tout près de la plage a pieds.

La piscine est petite, sans aucune vue.

Lo único que merece la pena es la cama que es grande y espaciosa.

El primer día no hicieron la habitación y me pusieron de excusa que había puesto el cartel de "no molestar", cosa que es mentira. Al quejarnos en recepción, la arreglaron por la tarde pero no nos pudimos duchar hasta entonces. El agua caliente iba y venía, incluso tuvieron que venir a arreglarla. Nos cobraron 7 euros porque se nos rompió un frasco de shampoo de la ducha, valorado como mucho en 1 euro. Les comenté que me parecía injusto que nos lo cobrasen después de todo lo que nos había pasado. Además la habitación no la limpian a fondo y las ventanas sucias desde hace tiempo. Desayuno regular, como no bajes a primera hora...

NON CONSIGLIO QUESTO HOTEL

Sinceramente nulla salvo solo il fatto che hanno stanze e bagno grandi.

Considerando il prezzo alto per soggiornare e l’essere 4 stelle non ci siamo proprio.
Iniziamo da dire che il personale non parla quasi nulla l’inglese quindi difficile comunicare con loro… se avete un problema usate google traduttore x non perdere tempo…!!!!!
I clienti standard sono praticamente cinesi che urlano e fanno baccano SEMPRE.
La pulizia viene effettuata tutti i giorni ma si preoccupano solo di pulire il pavimento senza spazzare e pulire davvero!!! In bagno non riforniscono nulla (abbiamo dovuto chiedere l’accappatoio e il bagnoschiuma un giorno e l’altro giorno di nuovo ci hanno lasciato senza e alla fine del soggiorno ci siamo ritrovati con solo due asciugamani (ma 2 proprio di numero ).La mattina ti bussano alla stanza x farti uscire perché devono “pulire “e quando vedono che sei dentro si fermano davanti alla stanza x attendere!!!!cioe’ bho mai capitato una roba del genere….!
La stanza è bella grande però non mi sta bene trovare muffa nei angoli della doccia e dalla finestra se ti affacci e’ pieno zeppo di cacca di piccioni!Terribile.
La piscina al 3 piano abbandonata (ci sono teli che trovi su una sedia e il bar che si vede nelle foto sul sito di Booking è una cucina sporca). Terribile
Nota molto dolente COLAZIONE: sempre dal sito si intravede una colazione ricca e varia mentre in realtà ci sono solo piatti locali che va anche bene ma chi non è del posto magari non se la sente di mangiarsi alle 8 il brodo caldo…. La scelta rimane tra il pane con marmellata oppure dei würstel come cibo internazionale. Zero brioche,zero dolci,zero cose calde e caffè tiepido! Forte dubbio che l’acqua arrivi dai loro rubinetti (infatti dopo la prima colazione da loro sono andata di corpo premessa ero già stata ad Hanoi successo nulla…poi una mattina ci siamo alzati tardi scesi x là colazione e mi hanno detto subito che avrebbero chiuso tra una mezz’ora di fare in fretta!

Pros:

L'établissement est propre et l'emplacement est idéal, à une rue de la plage. Le personnel était agréable.

Cons:

Nous avions un trompe-l’œil en guide de fenêtre. La rue est bruyante même si cela n'est pas dû à l'établissement et le petit-déjeuner n'est pas adapté aux européens.

Very pleasant stay with kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. My room was extremely spacious and clean, and I had a very pleasant stay overall.

The location is excellent, very convenient for exploring Da Nang and just a short walk from the beach.

The staff were always kind, friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated their flexibility, as they allowed me both an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my stay much more convenient.

Cons:

The only downside was that, contrary to the information shown on Booking.com, the hotel does not currently serve lunch or dinner. It would be helpful to update this information to avoid any misunderstanding.
