Please note that room rate is based on 2 adults only. Extra guests using existing beds are subject to additional charges. Rates are charged separately and guests are to pay directly to the hotel. Details are:

- One child aged from 6 years to under 12 years charged VND 170,000 (or equivalent USD 7.5) per child per night
- One older child or adult is charged VND 300,000 (or equivalent USD 14) per guest per night

A compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room rate for 2 persons per room.

For any additional guests, an extra charge of THB 2,500 per adult and THB 1,250 per child (aged 4–11 years) will apply. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but nothing to write home about. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

The reception was very strict regarding check-in times there was no possibility to check in early, though we were allowed to store our luggage. While the room itself was decent and certainly spacious, the bathroom was a letdown. The shower cabin had quite a bit of limescale buildup, and in my opinion, the entire bathroom is in need of renovation

Cons:

We opted for the breakfast, but it wasn't tasty I’d recommend eating out instead.

Good value, don’t book breakfast you’ll regret it!

The breakfast is AWFUL!
Little western choice, no vegetarian/vegan choice except a few bits of watermelon even though we checked in advance that this would be an option
Housekeeping staff are super loud in the corridors at 8am so don’t expect a lie in!
Lots of construction noise too at the moment

All in all, do not recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

The location is right near the beach. The receptionist was kind enough to pay for my airport transfer out of her own pocket (I returned it to her later)

Cons:

The room is listed as "soundproof," which is simply not true. I could clearly hear the housekeeping staff talking in the hallway every morning. The windows offered no protection from outside noise either; one evening I was forced to listen to someone singing karaoke.
Technical maintenance is also very poor. Every single power socket in the room was loose - plugs literally fall out under their own weight, and I had to find ways to support them just to keep my devices charging. In the bathroom, the sink drain was partially blocked, causing water to pool constantly, and the shower door did not close properly, repeatedly banging against the wall and creating a loud noise.
The most disruptive part was the fire alarm system. It triggered specifically in my room twice while I was simply lying on the bed. The first night it went off at 1 AM. Staff assured me it was a glitch, yet it happened again the following evening. After the second occurrence, a staff member simply unscrewed the alarm from the ceiling and took it away.

We had to change rooms because of an ant infestation. Then all of our towels absolutely stank, alongside that we could hear a rat in the walls running around. I would rather cut off my own hands than stay here again

Nice hotel shame about the gym
Pros:

The staff were friendly, a d the hotel was lovely

Cons:

The gym was not functioning, which was one of the reasons I booked the hotel.. so was disappointed to find the gym equipment broken
