Sofrível. Sempre que eu puder, evitarei este hotel.

A localização é boa, mas é só.

Cons:

A cama é desconfortável. As toalhas finas demais, parecem muito usadas. O elevador tem um alerta para só entrarem 2 pessoas sob o risco de parar. O estacionamento não é coberto e fica ao lado do hotel, se estiver chovendo vai se molhar para chegar e sair do veículo. O café da manhã é razoável, mas nada demais. Mas o que impressiona é o mau humor e má vontade dos funcionários. Não estão dispostos a ajudar nem flexibilizar nada. Precisei fazer uma reunião virtual com algumas pessoas que estavam hospedadas e não fui permitido ficar no local do café pois estavam fechando. Não tinham uma sala de reuniões (aliás, tinham, mas estava com alguns objetos de mudança e não nos permitiram usar lá). Não permitiram que eu ficasse com a chave. Nos trataram como se fôssemos roubar algo do local... Tive que levar as pessoas para o meu quarto para fazer a reunião.

Infelizmente, pegamos um quarto com roupas de camas de sujas com cheiro de suor. O vazo sanitário estava solto. As toalhas velhas.

O hotel tem boa localização.

Cons:

Fiquei em um quarto em que o ar-condicionado tinha sido retirado da parede, o que não há problema por mim porque havia um ventilador, porém o buraco do ar-condicionado ficou aberto e colocaram, nele, apenas uma folha de papel, que, obviamente, caiu, deixando o quarto exposto a sujeira e bichos durante a noite. É inconcebível alojar um hóspede num quarto, cujo valor pago foi integral, com um buraco na parede.
