Pros:

Worst experience, the owner of the property was very rude, even after booking the room one month prior he denied us for checkin saying he does not take booking from Expedia.

Pros:

The hotel is nearby vagator beach.
Location of the hotel is Good.
AC & WiFi is available.
TV is not working you need to ask them to recharge which takes 1 day to get on.
The complimentary Laundry of changing daily bedsheets & towels is not done properly.
No provision for hot water.

You can opt this hotel if you only want to keep your luggage and get rest after visiting the place you can move forward to select this one.

For Low budget people (700-900 per night cost) you can afford this hotel with a complimentary breakfast with decent staff.

Overall experience is average of the hotel considering the budget.

Pros:

On the expedia website, it said that we were allowed to check in at 6 am.

After traveling through the night for almost 12 hours, we reached the hotel (after an hour in a taxi) only to hear from the hotel staff that the room will be available only after noon, when clearly Expedia said 6 am. Thoroughly disappointed and will definitely be letting the Expedia team know.

Room was really comfortable. Might find some ants and bed bugs. Very quiet location and good proximity to all the beaches.

Will not recommend to anyone .....
Pros:

Got to hotel was told that I don't have booking I had to conform with my email message from hotel.com ..
Room no hot water and air-con was out of order no TVs channel .
Only good was the staff (Sonu) he cares about guest and looks after best but hotel manager lets the staff down manager / owner is only greedy and has no sense of customer service .I WILL NO RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVEN IF FREE I KNOW ITS 3 star BUT BASIC AMENITIES IS NOT THERE HOTEL.COM SHOULD VISIT BEFORE SUGGESTING I know you will not publish thanks

Pros:

Overall is very Good , me and my family is Happy to stay there.Contact person and mobile no should be display , Breakfast was good. staff is helpful and provide contact for Bike and car for rent.
