Terrible value-staff would not correct
Cons:

We did not get the room we were promised. They gave us entry level room-small, no view. Complained to desk we paid for premium room, but staff would not correct or discount the price, since we overpaid. We will never stay there again

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Buffalo. The hotel is stylish and modern, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary tea in the lobby was a lovely touch, and the fitness center is excellent — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Highly recommended for both families and couples.

Great Hotel. Highly Recommend !
Pros:

Dry pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of this property. Staff are amazingly friendly. Shout out to Nahadi who checked us in, upgraded us to a jr. suite as bonvoy members and gave us great area restaurant recommendations.

Our jr. suite was great with two large screen TVs, a large bathroom with a big walk in shower and plenty of storage area for our personal items. Also real bar soap - almost non existent these days.
Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of storage area.

AC worked great. Always a plus for us! Nice area for restaurants and walking around Buffalo to see the great architecture.

I called and made sure there would be late night food options as I was on an 1100 mile trip with 2 dogs. Requested 2 turkey sand at 11:30 pm uoon arrival. Was told it would take 1.5 hours but still I agreed. Called 45 min later to tell me they ran out of food- i called back and asked if they had anything- i ordered what they said they had available abd even flatbread and fries arrived an hour later. It was inedible, really. No apology, no discount - the staff there varies greatly in customer service. I have stayed there 8 times a year for 10 years on my way to Vermont. This hotel can cost $615 nightly when busy. I can get better customer service at a much cheaper place. Bye bye Marriott. How hard would it have been to refund $58. Never asked for one in the oast- geez

Memorable check-in, classy room and nice restaurant

Very kind gentlemen checked my family in and offered me and my husband a glass of bubbly, and then invited my two kids to a complimentary bottle of water from
The gift shop. Then one of the men entered the shop and gave both my kids a cute stuffed buffalo for free! That gesture made our trip! What a kind gesture. Very nice rooms too!

Probably my favorite Buffalo area hotel
Pros:

This is my favorite place to stay in the area. The rooms are not the most modern, but not bad and in great condition with little signs of wear, the friendliness and cleanliness you'd expect from a Westin, amazing gym, convenient parking. The restaurant on site could be better (especially for the price) and I wish they had some sort of lounge for folks with Marriott status.
