Pros:

Facility is nice and clean, we had a quiet stay.

Overall happy with my stay thank you for the great customer service
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, and I appreciated how apologetic they were about the stray dog situation that briefly kept me and my pup in our room. The hotel itself was clean, and I liked that there were designated areas to walk pets

Cons:

Just wish I could have had a first floor room to help get puppy in and out earlier
