Pros:

Good stay overall. Budget accommodation especially during Oktoberfest. Commute is a bit odd if you want to go to city centre, however you can take the train which is about 15 min walk.
Decent breakfast options.
Rooms were well maintained

Hotel with a personal touch
Pros:

Reasonable room sizes, supermart and restaurant located next door, breakfast with a personal touch (every softboiled egg had a smiley drawn on it!) and stellar counter service by Sonja. If you ever need a hotel in Munich, this is recommended!

Sauberes, ordentliches Hotel für kurze Übernachtung in Ordnung. Personal freundlich. Gute Anbindung an Autobahn. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig, Aufbackbrötchen dazu noch mit Wartezeit beim Nachschub, keine Gemüse und Obstvielfalt und auch keine Milchalternativen für Laktoseintoleranz oder Veganer. Dazu in einem sehr engen Bereich.
Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, allerdings am Hotel nur in begrenzter Zahl und für 10€ statt 8€ wie auf Homepage beschrieben.

Perushyvä hotelli. Tosi hyvä aamupala. Hyvä huonepalvelu. Konstailematon sisään ja uloskirjautuminen. Hyvät julkiset liikenneyhteydet. Ainoa miinus jääkaapin puute.

Camera singola anziché doppia, no sconto!
Pros:

Con mia sorpresa mi è stata data una camera con letto singolo anziché la doppia che avevo prenotato. Peraltro la camera attrezzata per disabili, quindi con il lavabo a 60 cm (io sono alto 1,85 mt).
Alla reception si sono scusati, ma l'unico sconto possibile é stato il parcheggio (10€) e una bottiglia d'acqua in omaggio.
Nessuno sconto sulla tariffa, anche senl'ho richiesto più volte; 190 € per una singola con letto con le rotelle sinceramente è un furto.

Good business hotel
Pros:

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, all spotlessly clean. Walkable to the S-Bahn, a little outside town. Nice having the Edeke next door. Fitness centre has a treadmill, an elliptical and a multipurpose weight machine. No fridge in room (and only instant coffee in the room but that’s pretty standard for Germany).
