Pros:

We only had one issue and that was our sink was plugged up and facilities maintenance couldnt unclog it. We were offered a different room but we decided to stay in the original room since we had already settled in.

Check in was a breeze, staff were all great. We were coming up for an event and weren’t going to be able to get up to our room for awhile; at check in, we were told that our luggage could be taken to our room and we didn’t need to be there which was very convenient. The only small issues we had were with our room, we had a light that kept coming off and on by itself all night, and the makeup mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay

Nice, but Non-Smoking Rooms smelled like smoke.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and the staff was great. We are non-smokers and even though the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking rooms, the HVAC system must be attached to the Casino's, since the halls and rooms in the hotel smelled like smoke. If you smoke than, than it won't bother you. But if you don't smoke, then you will notice it.

Really liked our room, casino & restaurants. We won a couple hundred dollars. We had a nice view, but window glass a bit hazy on the outside & bathroom needs some updates. Overall a nice stay & we would definitely visit again!

Pros:

My room is clean though there was some slight musky odor at entry. I had to leave the fan on to get rid of it.
Good choices of restaurant within the resort.
Entry to the elevator is way too secure with personnel checking my ID & room every time. I do find it irritating inconvenience at times but it's better safe than sorry.
