Traumhafte Lage, schönes Hotel, extrem nettes Personal. Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig
Pros:

Das Appartment war sehr groß und schön.
Die Lage ein absoluter Traum.
Das Personal an der Rezeption hätte ich mir nicht freundlicher vorstellen können.

Cons:

Parkplatz für 8 bzw 10€ am Tag schon sehr üppig.
Das Reinigungsteam hat nur die Handtücher getauscht und die Betten gemacht, nicht das Bad geputzt und mal durchgesaugt o.ä.

Was top!
Pros:

Wij zaten in 1 van de 2 Ferrienwohnungen (1 van de 2, ruime appartementen). Wij zaten op de eerste verdieping. De ruimte in het appartement was echt top. Mooi en hygienisch!
Enige punt is dat we het restaurant onder ons hoorden in de avond (muziek en stoelen schuiven. Maar op de slaapkamers weer niet). Daarnaast ook geen lift voor de kinderwagen en de hond (maar dat was opzich wel te overzien). Je kon beneden alles goed afsluiten. Dus alleen toegang voor de bewoners van de appartementen. Dat vonden we oprecht wel fijn.
Bij de receptie even lief zijn, en dan krijg je een mooi tarief voor het parkeren.

De jongeman in zijn zwarte, lange overall achter de receptie: ga zo door! Lekker blijven lachen😄

Cons:

De Gym!
Was echt oude meuk en zo goed als alles was kapot én gevaarlijk. Losse onderdelen, scherpe voorwerpen en vies.
Het parkeren.. maar dat is algemeen bekend als je de overige reviews leest. Gewoon prijzig!

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es war sehr reichhaltig. Wir haben sogar frisch gemachtes Rührei bekommen, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Hassle free stay in a great location and the use of a sauna if you’ve been trekking in the mountains.
Pros:

Loved the location,in the centre of the town,the staff were all really helpful.
The room was large and comfy,was lovely to be able to use the sauna after walking in the Harz mountains
Breakfast was great,with a good selection of cold meats and local cheeses,
Easy walking distance from both bus station and Hbf.
Some great restaurants wright on the doorstep too .

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Inmitten der Altstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Appartment war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Die Möbel sind leider in die Jahre gekommen, und das Sofa etwas klein. Ein zusätzlicher Sessel wäre schön gewesen um es gemütlich zu haben.
Ein weiterer Garderobenhaken wäre auch zweckmäßig gewesen , gerade im Winter.
Leider hatten wir mit dem Fahrstuhl pech, der bei An- und Abreise nicht funktionierte.
