Simple pension house conveniently located to two shopping areas, 7-11s, fast food, and local eateries. Been going there for at least 12 yrs. and not changing soon.
My family have been here before and will always reserve an accommodation in case we visit Bacolod again. It's not very expensive and if you're after for basic amenities such as airconditioned rooms and wi-fi, this is a place for you. We feel safe being here. All the staff are very courteous and feels like family.
I have a discrepancy in payment.
We booked a room and upon arrival the price we paid is higher on what was indicated in the booking price.
Had absolutely no problem at all. Was all clean. Pretty quiet area. Bathroom had cold and hot water. Air-conditioning was really good. Bed was comfy. Had parking space for my motorcycle. Got nothing to complain about.

They don’t follow what you have booked for online. We arrived late at the property although we have informed ahead that we’ll be late, when we arrived for check-in, the staff told us that only 1 room is left but I booked for 2 rooms good for 5 pax. They let us all stay in one room good for 3 pax and insisted that we pay the same as per booking.
