11살 13살 아이들과 가족여행에 만족스러운 숙소였다. 슈퍼싱글침대 세개가 붙어있어 잠자리도 편안했고 가운, 슬리퍼, 칫솔, 치약, 면도기, 샤워타올, 면봉 등 물품도 충분했다.
전자렌지, 전기주전자, 냉장고, 작은 씽크대가 있어 간단히 아침을 해결했고 세탁기가 있어장기투숙도 가능해보였다. 객실과 욕실 모두아주 깨끗한 청소상태, 한층에 한 객실이고 주변이 조용해서 편안하게 지냈고 오사카 관광지 모두 지하철 20분 내외로 편리했다. 기대 이상 만족스러워서 꼭 후기를 남기고 싶었다

주인도 엄청친절하시고 주변에 마트도있고 역도있고 조용해서 지내기 좋았습니다.

部屋は４３平米でゆったりしている。阿波座の駅からも近く便利である。朝食は部屋に持ってきてくれ安くて量もある。
問題は洗面所で顔を洗おうとすると前のガラス棚にあたりもう少し広くしてほしい。

We enjoyed the stay. Excellent service. Gave info where to buy luggage, gave umbrella when pouring rain outside when we went out to dinner.

Nice and comfortable for families, friendly staff. Convenient location for subway travel, a couple of stations from the main city attractions

スタッフの方々、皆さんとても親切で感じの良い方ばかりでした。素泊まりで二泊利用させていただきましたが、毎日清掃も入っていただきとても快適でした。直ぐ2件先にはコンビニもあり、駅も直ぐ近くなので移動やちょっとした買い物もとても便利でした。

친구들과 4박 5일중 첫째날과 둘째날을 더 룸스 오사카에서 머물게되었는데요. 한층에 방이 하나씩있어서 소음같은것도 없었구 굉장히 편했구요. 지하철도 5분 거리에 있어서 굉장히 편했습니다. 제가 만약 오사카에 다시 가게 된다면 꼭 이용할 것 같아용~

電子レンジがあったので、ホテルでゆっくりご飯食べれました！！温かい物がゆっくり食べれて良かったです！！

大堂門面雖小，但職員好客有禮。
房間非常大和寬敞，入住十分舒適。
鄰近有食肆，能步行至地鐵站，方便快捷！

I have stayed at a twin room for 3 nights. Easily accessible to many of the major destinations in Osaka, yet the neighbourhood is more residential than commercial, with a sizeable Utsubo Park near by. The room is very specious and it felt like my own studio apartment. Useable kitchen area and a washing machine on the outside balcony make it quite a nice place to stay for a longer period. Only drawback for me was the bathroom: Although it was nicely appointed, the tub was not connected to the drain directly so when you take shower or take the bath, the water runs over the whole bathroom floor. To be fair, it dried fairly quickly but it took me a few days to get used to it. The reception staff was always pleasant and helpful.

Nice room with comfortable beds, kitchen and bathroom. Location was between two subway stations, so relatively easy to get around.

The Rooms is a renovated hotel-apartment. Each floor offer a single room that can sleep up to four with sofa bed plus two twin beds. It features a washer at the balcony plus a wet bar and private bathroom. There is also a working table besides the coffee table that came together with the sofa. I really wish I could give it a five stars, but it needs improvement on the following areas. The bed is not that comfortable, you can feel the springs of the mattress. Wifi-Connection is only one per floor and if it is taken by your upper or lower neighbors in the building, you have to take one from your neighbors. The speed is more suitable for sending and receiving emails, forget about steaming videos, you would want to commit harakiri waiting for the content to load. BTW, the whole building is smoking free zone, penalties apply to offenders. Front desk is friendly with artsy and funky New York loft vibe. The neighborhood is quite at night, five minutes walk takes you to the closest subway station. A few convenient stores nearby with a few choices of dinning options within walking distance even if you are drunk. The wet bar room comes with a microwave and a good size refrigerator, time to load up on those 7- Eleven caramel puddings.

I was quite pleased with this hotel. It wasn't a bargain for the money -- room (for Japan standards) was spacious and relaxing, with an almost modern home-y feel. Even had a balcony and a small kitchen! The bed was comfortable and pristinely clean. They need to add a real door to the bathroom with a shower door and shower drain because the water gets into the toilet area. A/c was wonderful. Coffee in the morning from the cafe was great. Service is slightly weird coming from an American perspective, but they REALLY try to make your life easier (English isn't their strong suit but welcome to Japan!). My parents stayed in another hotel in Namba for double the price and their room felt like a cruise ship standard box. Check this Place out; don't think there is better worth for the money.
