Pros:

駅に隣接しているので非常に便利。コンパクトな部屋だが充実。大浴場があるのが良い。何度でも飲めるウェルカムドリンクがありがたかった。飲食店は居酒屋が多いので、カフェ探しが難しいですが、総合的に、また利用したいです。

シャンプーバイキングがあることにびっくり！とても嬉しかったけど、あること知らなくてシャンプー終わってから見つけました（泣）
スタッフさんたちの声掛けも素晴らしく、朝食頼んだら、管理してる方の無駄のない案内と動き！！すばらしいサービスに感動でした！是非また利用します！

大正駅のすぐそばにあり、アクセスは非常に良いです。近くには飲み屋さんがたくさんあり、飲食には困らないと思います。

受付のスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。

一方、部屋の清潔感については少し残念に感じました。壁紙にシミがあったり、シャワールームの隅にカビが生えていたりと少々汚れが目立つように感じました。

価格を考えれば十分に良いホテルであると思います。

Pros:

大阪万博のために利用しました。チェックイン前に荷物だけ預かってもらえます。部屋は広くはないですが清潔感がありトイレ等の水まわりも綺麗で気持ちよかったです。朝食がとても美味しくてレパートリー豊富でした。駅からもすぐ近くで、コンビニやドラッグストア、ご飯屋さんもたくさんありました。また利用したいです！

野球観戦で京セラドームに近いホテルを探しました。
部屋に用意されているドライヤーが、ホコリで気になったので、帰りに伝えました。
大浴場は使わないで、部屋のシャワーを使いましたが、夏場なので十分快適でした。

Pros:

京セラドーム野球観戦の際は毎回利用してます。大正駅目の前でとても便が良いです。京セラドームまで歩いて行けるので助かります。

大浴場もあるので、とても寛げます。周辺には飲食店多いので観戦の後でも寄れます。

スタッフさんの対応やウェルカムドリンクも嬉しいです。

Pros:

久しぶりのリピートです。駅から直ぐで利便性が良く、レディースフロア、大浴場もあり良いホテルだと思います。
部屋の空気清浄機を使おうとしたら、加湿器の蓋にカビがありヌルッとしていてまたコンセントプラグが曲がっており使う事が出来ませんでした。そこが残念な点です。
