A fav hotel gone south.
Pros:

De Hotel has a good location, to me, since I am familiar with Ipoh Garden. Stayed several times.

Cons:

However, I noticed the room condition deteriorated. Cleanliness has dropped too. Floor was dusty. Tap was shaky.

Only location is good

Cons:

No toothbrush provided, if buy from counter cost RM10 per set, the price doesn't make any sense. Some more the room is haunted.. the worse staying experience I ever had

Need some improvements.
Pros:

Location, parking, polite staff.

Cons:

Room aircon during day is not cold enough. Almost no aircon at corridors. Curtain in toilet blocking the toilet door. Toilet curtain does not protect privacy enough - good gap and semi transparent.
