Pricey for the hotel condition. Good for short stay only.
Pros:

Beds are comfortable, parking is free, ample breakfast spread.

Cons:

Aircon not cold. Hot at night. Although clean, bathroom is outdated with broken faucets, toilet seat, etc.

1) lokasi dkt dengan bandar, kedai2.

Cons:

Pintu tandas rosak, pintu tandas tembus pandang nampak bayang2, tak sesuai yang ada anak2.
Makanan sarapan perlu lebih meriah.
Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan lagi lebih2 lagi di tempat parking.
