Pros:

breakfast was nicely done,staff at breakfast venue was polite & pleasantable.Area of where Breakfast buffet was served very clean so as their table.

The stay was not quite what I expected for the price paid. While the location was convenient, the overall condition of the hotel seemed to need more attention. Some areas appeared unfinished or lacking in furnishings, which affected the comfort of the stay. Service could also have been more attentive and efficient. Considering the cost, the experience did not offer the level of value I was hoping for.

Pros:

The room is clean but their service in receiving customer poor

Cons:

When check in at 3pm have to wait till 1 hours just to get the room key. The reception also did not acknowledge about the room availability. Till customer have to ask after 1 hour. Check in hotel room and no towel. Have to wait for towel.

Great Location, But Road Noise Stole My Sleep
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Amerin for 4 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was good, and the location is very convenient. The hotel is just opposite a mall, and there are many eateries nearby, which makes food and shopping easy. The staff were nice and helpful. Car parking facilities were also good. Another useful point is that they provided a washing machine with a dryer, which was very convenient during the stay.

Cons:

The bedding was not very comfortable. I stayed in a room facing the roadside, and the windows were not properly sound-insulated. Because of this, vehicle noise from outside could be heard clearly, especially at night. For sensitive sleepers like me, it was difficult to fall asleep properly.

Cons:

The staff at the reception are not friendly.Rooms not available for check in.Only able to check in at 6pm.Allowed to check out at 3pm.No apologies or service recovery done.
