Location and breakfast is not bad

Cons:

I had really bad bed insects bite (whole body,arms and legs)on 1st night and ask fir room change, the said change my room however the reception girl is not showing any concern. The cleanliness is terrible as carpet and bed linen had stains and toilet tap is dirty.
The hotel is not cheap but the standard is so bad for the price. The 1st room don't have smart TV and the second room have smart TV. Not consistent with the room facilities and I feel I should get some kind of reimbursement from 1st night experience
