Could be better
Pros:

Good location ; mall/supermarket and food is within the vicinity. Room is pretty worn down, visible cracks on the wall however room is clean & tidy. If you are here for work or require wifi access, this part is a huge disappointment, i am in Level 5 and connection is so poor. Breakfast wise, small choices of Indonesian food (rice/noodle/meat) in buffet style nothing more.

Comfort and convinience hotel
Pros:

The hotel was amazing if you choose business room at least. The hotel really was in the middle of Pekan Baru which we can just walk to PKU Mall and Ramayana for shopping. Also, the room was really spacious and the food was really great too. The only thing that they need to improve that is please ensure all room has iron and hair dryer. We have to pay for the iron service instead which take longer time than we thought to get it done. The front desk was really helpful and also on my last day of stay, the heater was not working.
