快適に過ごせる宿
Pros:

スタッフはフレンドリーで適切に対処してくれた。部屋は清潔で使い易く、ビュッフェスタイルでセルフサービスの朝食は、まあまあというところか。ローソンやふく薬品というディスカウントショップが直ぐ近くに有るというのは利便性が高くプラス。
また、滞在中にホテルのレンタカーが有るということが分かり、一日利用したが、貸出・返却が徒歩約2分位の場所で出来るのはとても楽だった。

Cons:

部屋入り口のドア・ロックの調子が悪かった。

コスパが良く、国際通りからも遠くなかった

水の流れが悪い。
ユニットバスからドブのような匂いがした。
トイレの便座が閉まるのでトイレしにくい

安く泊まるならオススメです。
Pros:

安かったし、親切だった。部屋は広いので気持ち良かったです。

Cons:

新規というより改装したホテルのイメージ、少し古い感じが残ったままだった。

もう次はないかなと思います。

ちょっと広かった。

Cons:

トイレを利用するたびに便座の蓋が閉まって来る。
どうにかならないのかな？
これが原因なのか、その前に宿泊した方がか分かりませんがアメニティのクシが便座と蓋の間に挟まってて落ちてきた。
お風呂場もカーテンが匂う。
もう少しお風呂場ところどころ磨いた方がいい。

Pros:

今回ツインに泊まりましたが、部屋は広くて清潔でした。
ただエキストラベッドを入れるためか、空きスペースが多く、簡易ソファーと平机でもあれば更に良かったのですが。
駐車場は生憎ホテルの分は借りられませんでしたが、ほぼ目の前にある民間駐車場が安くて助かりました。
朝食はパンバイキングという事で最初期待はしていませんでしたが、￥700という価格の割に内容は良く、朝からお腹一杯になりました。
国際通りからは距離がありますが、コスパ抜群の穴場ホテルでした！

Cons:

思い付くところがありませんが…強いて言えば繁華街迄距離がある事くらいですかね？
