Staff lied about calling us as I did not received any calls from the hotel .I have the evidence of pictures to proof my point. .I clearly inform property I will be paying upon arrival and will be checking in late . As we arrive at the hotel the room was taken as we were told who is working night shift , A lady who is one of the hotel staff called and there's no answer I have 2 line Singapore and Malaysia contact no .I did not received any miss called from this 2 no .My destination was from kl Sentral took a train at 6.22pm upon arrival Taiping 1040pm .However the train got delayed we arrive close to Midnight. Luckily there was another hotel across the street with rooms available . Taiping is a small town .Where can i go if there's no accommodation available. Have you thought about that ?It's Madness . I did send again the message to the property however they didn't acknowledge my last message.

Pros:

The room was big than i thought. Aircond was superb cold and cozy, the bathroom was ok and suitable for single person or two.

Cons:

I though second floor outside window was city view. But it was wall and people from up floor and flyover can see if stand at the outside. For the door lock from inside need an improvement a bit.
