יש מלונות הרבה יותר טובים במרקש במחיר טוב יותר
Pros:

החדר שלקחנו היה מרווח ונעים, נקי. מעליות קטנות המיקום נחמד יש כמה מסעדות ובתי קפה באזור.
בתהליך הצ'ק אין היו מאוד יעילים.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר מאוד דלה ביחס למלונות אחרים במרקש, האוכל נגמר ולא ממלאים עד שמבקשים וגם אז היחס של המלצר היה די מזלזל.

Minor glitches but great stay overall
Pros:

The hotel overall and the restaurant, spa and sky bar and pool are great.
The ladies at reception were fantastic too - very patient and kind.
Had a great stay in general.

Cons:

One male member of the reception team was extremely unhelpful on the phone and one of the waiters in the restaurant upstairs was just plain rude and actually shouted at me for following up on my order after it was 40 mins late. Quite unacceptable to behave that way to a hotel guest. 2 other members of staff came to apologize for his behaviour and seemed embarrassed by his reaction.

Also had a small issue with the bathroom in one of the 7 rooms, we had reserved, but the ladies at reception resolved it extremely quickly and efficiently.

Tout était parfait. Qualité de l’hôtel, l’emplacement.
Et le personnel exceptionnel. Bravo aux équipes de la réception, les agents, les serveurs enfin tout le monde. C’est la vraie force de l’hôtel.

Séjour très court mais toujours aussi agréable

L’hôtel est toujours aussi agréable par sa situation dans Marrakech et le personnel toujours à l’écoute et très compétant.
À recommander vivement

Réserver sans hésiter, hôtel de grande qualité
Pros:

Tout était parfait, l’emplacement est idéal et la qualité de service et d’écoute des managers irréprochables ! Très gentils , toujours à l’écoute et disponibles pour satisfaire leurs clients , je reviendrai sans hésiter le Rooftop est un vrai plus avec une très bonne ambiance le soir et une vue magnifique sur la ville.
