В целом персонал отеля очень приятный, вежливый и доброжелательный. Особенно хочется поблагодарить мужчину-швейцара, который встречает гостей и открывает дверь. К сожалению, не запомнили его имя, но он всегда был очень приветливым, улыбчивым и доброжелательным. Спасибо ему за такое отношение к гостям — именно такие сотрудники оставляют хорошее впечатление об отеле.

При этом некоторые моменты всё же неприятно удивили. В номере не было одноразовых зубных щёток. Также мы попросили принести в номер всего два обычных пакетика чая Lipton, и официант попросил за них 150 дирхам. Для двух пакетиков обычного чая такая цена показалась нам совершенно неоправданной и оставила неприятное впечатление.

Несмотря на эти моменты, хочется ещё раз отметить персонал в целом — большинство сотрудников были очень приятными и доброжелательными.

super chambre grande spacieuse la clim fonctionne très bien. le rooftop et la piscine top les déjeuners super et nous avons aussi dîner c'était hyper bons la chaine est espagnole donc il y avait des tapas topissime
