Obsługa i dobre położenie to największe zalety tego hotelu.
Pros:

Mega personel, szczególnie kierownik sali, w której jedliśmy śniadania. Bardzo kulturalny, dowcipny, mówi w wielu językach.
Pozostały personel jak i podejście do klienta również na wysokim poziomie.
Duży pokój i łazienka, bardzo dobre położenie.

Cons:

Śniadania były słabe, a pokój, szczególnie łazienka domagają się remontu.

Centralna lokalizacja, przyjemna obsługa, hotel w którym odpoczniesz po długim dniu zwiedzania.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna, bardzo blisko Hagii Sofii, w bocznych uliczkach, dzięki czemu było ciszej, ale oddalone na tyle od linii kolejowej biegnącej niedaleko, że nie było nic słychać. Śniadania podawane na dachu hotelu, mimo chłodu w restauracji było ciepło, szeroki wybór świeżych produktów, zawsze coś słodkiego i smaczna herbata. Pokoje są czyste i wyposażone w najpotrzebniejsze elementy, Chciałabym również pochwalić całą ekipę pracującą w hotelu. Kontakt przez watsapp był szybki i bezproblemowy. Chętnie odpowiadali na każde pytanie i służyli pomocą.

Cons:

Automat kawowy serwował kawę rozpuszczalną co nie jest moim ulubionym rozwiązaniem ale nie było najgorzej. Niestety nie wiem czy wynika to z tego jak łóżko było zainstalowane w naszym pokoju ale wydaje się że było dość krótkie. Łazienka wymagałaby odświeżenia.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pomocną, miłą obsługą
Pros:

Hotel świetnie położony biorąc pod uwagę odległość od Hagia Sophia czy Błękitnego Meczetu. W okolicy ogrom małych restauracji i barów, gdzie można zjeść, czy napic się nawet w późnych godzinach nocnych (nie wspominając o restauracji na tarasie samego hotelu, która ma widok na morze i dodatkowy rabat na posiłki dla gosci hotelu).
Obsługa ogromnie pomocna i miła.
Śniadania jak na hotel tej rangi bardzo OK. Wybór spory: pieczywo świeże, są warzywa, cieple przekąski. No i wydawane są na tarasie z widokiem na morze (oczywiscie w pierwszej linii widac inne, dośc stare budynki, ale widok moim zdaniem super, mozna poczuć klimat Stambułu).
W pokoju byly panele, a nie wykładzina co uwielbiam (łatwiejsze utrzymanie czystości i mniejsza ilość kurzu i brudu z poprzednich lat) do tego wystrój pokoju bardzo przyjemny dla oka- jest ladnie i schludnie na pierwszy rzut oka. W pokoju był sejf i woda.
Hotel rezerwowany z dużym wyprzedzeniem miał swietną cenę, a za dodatkową opłatą (niezbyt wygórowaną mówiąc szczerze) jest transfer z /na lotnisko.

Cons:

Ogólnie byłam bardzo zadowolona z hotelu, bo nie wymagam od 3* obiektu cudów ;-) i liczy się dla mnie głównie lokalizacja, obsługa, cena, ciepła woda pod prysznicem i wygodne łóżko... Ale dla tych bardziej wymagających garść informacji, które mi osobiscie nie przeszkadzały:
- jak to w Turcji słychac przez okno modlitwy
- w zaleznosci od pokoju moze być nieco glosniej (od ulicy), lub widok z okna może być malo ciekawy (bezposrednio na scianę budynku obok)
- pokoje są juz lekko "zużyte", widac drobne niedociągnięcia... odpryski farby, plamki na scianach, problemy z domykaniem drzwi itp.
- pod lóżkami byl lekki kurz (tak zawsze sprawdzam).
- winda jest mała (max 3 osoby).

Ár/érték arányban megfelelő, kedves hangulatú hely.
Pros:

Bőséges, széles választék. Szép helyen, a tetőteraszon, kilátással a Boszporuszra.

Cons:

A szobában volt vízforraló, de csak teát lehetett (volna) főzni. Szobánk az utcára nézett, első emeleti volt, ezért késő este/éjszaka elég zajos volt.
