Pros:

Great that the hotel has been refurbished. The rooms are much nicer, the pillows are great. There is air conditioning and a fridge too!

Cons:

When we walked into the room, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, smelt like stagnant water in a drain. We think its coming from the drainage on the floor.

However, the layout of the bathroom is not so suitable. The sink position is rather tight.
The water drains very slowly in the bathtub when showering.
Because the water pressure is strong, the floor of the bathroom gets wet.

Except for the fact that we have to be very very careful when we step into the Toilet/bathroom,

Bathroom floor can be slippery and a serious danger to
older folks. Perhaps a anti-slip mat will help.

Food was great. Staff services are exceptional. Good tljob and recommended stay if you are going to bukit fraser

Cons:

I get several WA messages from overseas numbers and asked me to confirm the booking details. And it was a scam. HOW COME MY NUMBER BEEN LEAKED??
