Pros:

Fairly average. The hotel is in a great location and the room was very clean. The dinner came in a very generous portion.

Cons:

The weather in Fraser's Hill is cool, but installing air conditioning is still recommended or alternatively, put up grilles on the outside window. Opening the windows at night raises safety concerns, but keeping them closed leaves the room with poor ventilation. Breakfast is not recommended. Although there's glass partition in the bathroom, it doesn't really help, and water still flows into the sink area.

Pagamos 30 ringgit/persona en los desayunos, que estaban muy bien. El último día nos dimos cuenta de que había máquina de café (nos habíamos estado echando de jarra). Resulta que te lo cobran a parte y nadie nos avisó. 38 ringgit dos capuchinos de maquina....

Poor value for money.
Pros:

Good location to explore the Fraser Hill village. The lift worked

Cons:

The first room the fly screens fell out as we tried to shut them.
The food service was expensive and was not good quality. We contacted the hotel 4 months before arrival about organizing a local bird guide. They offered no assistance before or during our stay. We arranged our own guide and he was excellent. He was unknown by the hotel.

my favorite place to stay in Fraser's..the upgrade makes it even better
