Tres grosse deception le personnel a l’accueil nous a fais regretter notre sejour

Personnel malhonnete en particulier le chef de reception Ali (d’apres sa collegue fin avec lunette)
Contradictoire par telephone et sur place, la veille et le landemain jamais le meme discours et aucune remise en question; fais passer les clients pour des menteurs. Direction et responsable absents hotel fantome. Cest une honte
Petit dejeuner tres pauvre que vous veniez tot ou tard les quantitès sont faibles et le choix est tres limitè.
Le sol des chambres est sal et il faut toujours reclamer des serviettes.
