Lovely venue, nice staff.
Pros:

Location great.
Breakfast good.

Cons:

My cousin hosted a free bar for his wedding reception. you ran out of white wine so my husband ended paying for several guests.
My cousin Brian Collins would have been raging if he knew we had to pay for wine, not impressed with this as I'm sure the wedding cost Brian a fortune.

Decent but overpriced
Pros:

Had an alright stay for a wedding. Bed felt very small (my partner fell out during the night!) The house itself is beautiful and the staff were really nice, but I think it’s overpriced for what you get. Very stuffy and lack of fresh air

Wonderful Stay at Piersland.
Pros:

From the initial welcome at reception to saying goodbye on checking out, our stay at Piersland House was nothing short of outstanding. The staff are friendly, cheery and professional. The hotel is in very good condition with lots of character, the room was lovely, large and with nice furniture. The food at dinner and breakfast was really lovely and the dinner menu is extensive. One minor issue was that we expected dressing gowns in the room but not sure if we could have requested them? Overall though, this was an excellent stay and would highly recommend.
