Chilled night away!!!!!
Pros:

Cosy relaxing atmosphere.........excellent staff (Fiona at reception was comforting 'first impression').........and liked being served breakfast instead of buffet queue!!!!

First class hotel . That made our trip unforgettable.
Pros:

Excellent Hotel. Stayed in the lodge which was very comfortable and extremely clean with everything you need. Had dinner in the restaurant which was amazing. The food was fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel were fantastic and should be congratulated for the service they provide. We had a great and very enjoyable stay at this superb hotel and I look forward to a return visit in the future.

Cons:

Nothing. We had a brilliant stay.

Very relaxing and enjoyable

Lovely stay
Pros:

Comfortable rooms and a very relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Restaurant and bar area are very pleasant and the food is lovely.

Cons:

Lack of adequate disabled parking. The spaces are quite narrow and can be awkward to get in and out of the car.

Would go again
Pros:

Visited for 2 days. Lovely hotel, some might say dated but I think it was period. Room was not huge but more than adequate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We dined there the first night and the meal was very good.
All in all, would visit again. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The meal was excellent

Cons:

The receptionist on our arrival on the 17th March, had a terrible attitude and was very unhelpful when we enquired about upgrading our room. Sorry did not catch her name.

Lovely
Pros:

Was there for my anniversary and could not have chosen better. The hotel is lovely in a great setting near to Troon and a stonesthrow from the beach and the golf links. Room was very comfortable and clean. On arrival we were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist before going to our room. Had a drink in the bar before dinner which was very nice. The bar is cosy and welcoming with just the right blend of music and talk to create and maintain the atmosphere. The attention from staff was great. Our dinner was in the restaurant and again was just wonderful. Each course was delicious, nicely presented and the staff were friendly while maintaining their professionalism. All in all a great stay and I will return. We had a deal which was so good value and imncluded dinner and breakfast. The good cooked breakfast was in the garden room which is a great setting and a nice to place to dine.

Super stay
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel for many years both in the main hotel and the apartment style rooms . The facilities and rooms are first class. Meals are conistantley very good, particularly the breakfast! Wi-fi cover is also excellent as it the parking and location. I now looking ahead to my next visit in two months time.

A must stay hotel.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel, but what makes it special is the staff and the food. The staff are so friendly and helpful, special mention to Jack, Margaret and Fiona. The food is varied and exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The Astonishing Troon Treasure
Pros:

Everything, the room was spotless, comfortable and peaceful, the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, the hotel was amazing and remarkable.

Cons:

That we had such a short stay and had to leave before getting a chance to really enjoy time there.

Our 60th Anniversary Treat
Pros:

Yet another happy visit to Piersland for my husband and I. We were supposed
to go there last summer but because of illness we had to postpone till March.
The weather wasn’t that great but it didn’t bother us as we stayed in one of
Piersland’s cosy Mews which has a sitting room, a bedroom and bathroom
and everything you might need for a two night stay with Dinner on the first
night and two Breakfasts which were all delish. There is always a cheery chat
from the staff who are also courteous and efficient. It is a very picturesque
Hotel and in the summer the gardens are full of colourful flowers.
Thanks to all at Piersland…..we shall return ! 😀🥰
