Beach was 3 min walk from hotel and we were 8 min drive from Gallipoli, there were a few coffee and snack restaurants close by. Hotel room were clean breakfast was great and employees were very nice

staff disponibile per un cambio camera non hanno fatto problemi ., il personale della zona colazioni delle persone davvero garbate e accoglienti solo per loro meriterebbero 5 stelle.

Cons:

appena arrivato mi e stata data una camera davvero orrenda bagno piccolo e con un cattivo odore stanza veramente antiquata vecchia.. consiglio di rinnovarla perche non si puo dare una camera cosi hai clienti .. . . sono andato subito a richiedere un altra stanza .

Gentilezza e cortesia alla reception con Mariangela e Lucio molto accoglienti e professionali. Una citazione particolare alla sala colazioni per Teresa e Alessandro curano molto la sala e il cliente facendoti sentire a casa .

Mi sono trovata molto bene con la direttrice,super efficiente e la reception in particolare la signora Mariangela molto gentile e premurosa,la camera un po' piccola era silenziosa e il letto molto comodo...

La colazione nn è stata all'altezza delle aspettative,arrivando alle 9.45 il buffet era praticamente vuoto e alla mia richiesta di avere del prosciutto mi è stato detto che nn poteva essere tagliato in quanto l'affettatrice era già stata lavata,dopo la mia lamentela alla reception ,la signora Mariangela molto cortese si è prodigata subito nel comunicare alle persone che servivano la colazione quanto successo risultato il giorno dopo le stesse persone mi hanno fatto osservazioni sulla mia lamentela mettendomi a disagio anziché scusarsi,risultato anche peggio dei giorni precedenti...
