Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gute Lage und Ausstattung im Hotel, Sauna und Fitness Räume sehr gut.
Das Frügstpück war gut sortiert und reichhaltig. und gut.

Cons:

Es fehlte eine Mappe wo alle wichtige Informationen um das Hotel und Umgebung man nachlesen kann.

Schönes Zimmer, leider außerhalb
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Betten, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück

Cons:

Die Lage is leider noch so attraktiv. Man ist mitten in eine Uni-Campus und sonst ziemlich abgeschnitten vom Rest von Heidelberg.

Hotel excelente! Limpo e organizado com vagas de estacionamento. Café da manhã impecável. Pães deliciosos. O senhor da recepção foi muito simpático.

Um pouco difícil localizar a entrada do estacionamento

Geweldig verblijf! Een aanrader!
Pros:

Heel mooi en modern hotel, veel comfort, ruime kamers, heerlijke bedden en een geweldig ontbijt. Brandschoon.

Cons:

De ligging is een beetje buiten het centrum - en op een campus waardoor het wel rustig is maar een beetje ‘ongezellig’ als je s’avonds nog iets wil doen.

Not worth it.
Pros:

I wanted a hotel close to the University and this one was literally within the campus

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned daily, we had to specifically request for toilet paper, new towels, shower gel, etc
The rooms had no hot drink preparation facility (i requested a kettle and was given one, but there were no cups or mugs in the room)
The reception was mostly unattended
The restaurant wasnt open during hours that it was supposed to be

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, mitten im SRH Campus. Die Sauna mit Dachterasse ist echt schön, klein aber gemütlich.

Cons:

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass beim Personal ziemlich dicke Luft herrscht. Das Restaurant ist mittags und abends geschlossen. Beim Frühstück war man stellenweise alleine, nachdem ich mich an einen freien Tisch gesetzt habe, wurde ich dann recht unfreundlich nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt.
