Our stay was enjoyable but could have been improved woyh more attention to detail
Pros:

Location was great and room was lovely

Cons:

No fridge was provided to store drinking water and juice In.
Both bed lamps didn’t work
Cracked and wobbly floor tiles in bathroom.
Some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier, but they were all polite.

Good hotel with too warm room
Pros:

Schön gelegen, sauber mit gutem Restaurant. Fahrräder konnten untergebracht werden.

Cons:

Trotz 18° Celsius Außentemperatur war es im Zimmer extrem warm. Die Wärme war nicht regulierbar, vermutlich ein technisches Problem. Erst mehrere Stunden Lüften brachten eine Temperatur bei der das Zimmer brauchbar war. Das Personal reagierte sehr routiniert auf die Kritik, so dass ich vermute es handelt sich um einen bekannten baulichen Mangel, der einfach hingenommen wird.

I would definitely stay again if I find the good deal.

I like the location. Easy to find. The beach is opposite of it. I could see the beach from the window.

Let down by Sunday morning's receptionist.

The woman at reception on checking out on Sunday morning. Unlike all the exceptionally good and helpful staff I encountered during my stay, unfortunately her attitude was suboptimal, derogatory even. She needs to learn how best to interact with people or take a back office role.
