Beautiful hotel
Pros:

It's a lovely hotel, with a lovely sea front location, near to the Leas cliff lift.

Breakfast was plentiful and started at 7am until 10am.

The rooms are lovely, bright and have comfortable beds and tea and coffee making facilities.

Cons:

Nothing really.

Midweek Break
Pros:

Comfortable room - lovely greeting from the reception on the day we arrived (Wednesday)
We ate in the Hotel on both of our evenings - the food was very good and the service was excellent - well done Jamie and Max - especially on the first night when it was ultra busy.

Cons:

Very hard pillows - really need replacing - apart from that all good.

Pros:

Very helpful staff. Outstanding views from the junior suite. Very comfortable bed. Top quality food. A very quite hotel and location.

Cons:

Challenging access for wheelchair users. The property is old and showing some signs of needing TLC. The windows in our room needed maintenance as did the heating. Staff did supplied an additional free standing heater.
