Pros:

Great sea view from our room and so quiet at night apart from the sea gulls, which wre lovely to listen to.

Cons:

There was scaffolding in from of our main window but still a good view from our adjacent room window ( family room ).

Really enjoyed it
Pros:

Pulled up and saw the scaffolding and thought “ooops, not a good choice”. How wrong was I. Beautiful hotel. Immaculately clean. Staff were very helpful and made us very welcome and comfortable. The room was superb. The tapas meal was lovely and the Rose wine and lager delicious!

Great overnight stay.
Pros:

Great location, excellent for chanel tunnel, easy walk to town centre restaurants, really friendly and helpful front desk staff, decent parking, very clean, good size rooms, bathroom was spotless. Dog friendly.

Cons:

No criticism of the hotel, it is simply the design and age of the buildings, but in hot weather the rooms are very very warm, a fan is provided but not much relief.

Great location but not up to standard
Pros:

Great location on seafront. Restaurant very good. Bed comfortable, bathroom new and clean.

Cons:

Booked the hotel and the superior room iot enjoy the seaview, but rather enjoyed views on a massive scaffolding, both from room and restaurant, no advance notice on this. Hotel in need of renovation. Found used lady socks in the room.

Pros:

Bath very small - not worth having it -- TV signal dreadful kept losing reception gave up watching.. Wifi very poor and no mention of scaffolding all around the outside of room when booking
