Well located and great views
Pros:

Really well located for the tunnel. Lovely views, friendly staff and tasty food.

Quite dated room, but location is good
Pros:

The location is good, but the room is quite dated, with worn carpets,. I understand that air conditioning may not be possible due to the building, but the lack of a refrigerator was inconvenient.
The room was not very clean, either. There was a plastic bottle left by a previous guest in the corner, and dust was hanging from the ceiling.

Pros:

Schöne Lage an der Promenade, Frühstück war ok, erstaunlich schöne Stadt aber etwas zu laufen bis zum Zentrum am Hafen

Cons:

Es war extrem warm im Zimmer- 30Grad draußen, wenig Lüftung da kleine Fenster- aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Lovely seafront stay in wonderful Folkestone
Pros:

Clean, nice decor. Beautiful sea front location. Really friendly staff and a lovely bar area. Room was huge with a good shower

Cons:

Some sort of air con would have been beneficial. Our room got extremely hot and the fan that was kindly provided didn’t do much in cooling the room down. That was the only downside.

Family stay with dog
Pros:

Good stay and service. No issues at all with the dog from staff which was very good. Stayed in a "cosy" room but the description is deceptive as it was a generous size with a large double bed so very good.

Overnight stay theatre visit
Pros:

Great hotel for overnight stay was attending event at the Lea’s hall theatre .Outside is having some renovation work done but did not affect us at all .smooth check-in and sorted the parking via hotel residents permit very reasonable too.room was good size clean and perfectly adequate.Breakfast was plentiful and good .would stay again and recommend
