A lovely gem in Folkestone at reasonable price
Pros:

Amazing location, very comfy room, super breakfast.
A Big Thank You for all the staff, Ben was amazing at check-in and welcomed my dog warmly. Glenn was super nice at late night at reception. The young lady (sorry I did ask her name) at the bar was very helpful. The breakfast waitress woman was super nice as I had food allergies and she made sure I got what I can eat. And a special Thank You to Miranda for her help to retrieve my lost passport and bank cards, you saved my day 🙏 Your team is amazing and that makes a stay so special. We will definitely return, stay longer and do more walking around the beach.

Cons:

The window hardly opens (room 302)
Car park is quite limited. However if you can get there on time then it is fine. Late evening arrival is a bit tricky.

Could be better
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Food not very good, and expensive. We ate out after one meal here. My daughter's room was cold, and extra heating had to be provided.

Pros:

The room had huge bed which was very comfortable. Huge ensuite bathroom with lots of places for toiletries. Plenty of hanging space in wardrobe. Lots of choices for breakfast and the breakfast room had views of the seafront and garden. Receptionists were very helpful..very nice bar area serving drinks and coffees. Complimentary bottles of mineral water in room.

Cons:

The room was very hot and the window only opened a few inches. Fan was supplied and I had it on all night even though I stayed in February

Great stay , good breakfast and lovely location .
Pros:

Lovely location within easy access to town centre, restaurants and bars .

Cons:

The room was very dark as the lighting was low wattage. We prefer brighter lights . The staff did try to accommodate which was kind of them .
