We arrived on a very wet day and we walked into a beautiful and warm room it was so welcoming. Plenty of space, tastefully decorated, and had very thing we wanted. Loved the bathroom.
Evening snack in the bar was very good, excellent service.
Breakfast looked lovely, self service but unfortunately the plates were cold so food also ended up cold.
Great location right on the sea front. We arrived too late to eat in the restaurant but very close to other restaurants and bars.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le tunnel sous la manche lors de notre réservation en janvier, et la responsable a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser une souplesse afin de ne pas perdre notre argent.
Nous sommes le 13 février, l'endroit est tout simplement magique, à deux pas de la mer.
Tout est propre, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse, nous nous y sentons vraiment très bien.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir lorsque l'occasion se présentera.

The location is great. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the bed wasn't very comfortable and has left me with a frozen shoulder.
The staff were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and warm on a wet and windy winter's day. The location next to the sea and close to the zig zag path was convenient with the town centre and train station being a 15 minute walk away. Our stay in February felt like very good value for money.
The only negative was the provided toiletries - mini bottles (20ml) of shampoo, conditioner and body wash were insufficient for two - fixed pump bottles would be preferable and create less plastic waste.
Staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful for any request we had. Very easy parking at the property which we paid extra for. The Junior Suite was wonderfully spacious, it had a huge and very comfy bed and lovely bathroom facilities. Also great views of the sea to wake up to!
The room was a little tired - some cracks in the walls, heating needed re-booting to work and the bathroom smelt a little like drains at times but would still go back and stay again as overall, we loved the hotel and room!

My usual complaint about being a smoker and during the winter they just let you freeze outside.
