Very bad I demand a refund
Cons:

The room is not like in the pictures, everything is broken, everything is ruined, hard mattresses you can't sleep on, expensive price for the value, TV was torn out of place, dirty sheets, we couldn't stay there for more than a few minutes and returned the key to the clerk at the front desk. I'm asking for a refund, you don't answer.

Cons:

We made 2 reservations for 2 people. Upon arrival, we were given one room for 4 people! We were put in one room with strangers. Terrible conditions. I paid for a room with a balcony, but in the end I didn't get it. Although I overpaid specifically for this service. No one wanted to return my money. And they didn't let us leave either.

Pros:

Не рекомендую!!!! Бронювали апартаменти з кухнею, по приїзду виявилось, що в нашому номері кухні немає, після чого ми відмовились там проживати. І ще дуже важливо номери на Booking це не те, що в дійсності. Ніколи не думаю, що таке можливо.

Повний нуль. Фото не відповідають дійсності.
