Decent for the price

Room was decent, as expected for the price paid. Near a mall and not too bad a of a grab ride from the Bukit Bintang. Only complaint is that it says here that they offer airport shuttle service but they do not. We asked about it upon check in and they didn’t know or anything about it. She called her boss who eventually told us they would take us for RM20, which sounds great! But when we were ready to go, they actually just called us a grab, which we could have done ourselves and ended up costing RM80. So just be aware of that if you’re headed to the airport.

Clean and accesible
Pros:

This hotel was clean and just located at the city. A walking distance to many local and international restaurant. Just a 3min walk to mall and minutes ride to central market,china town and petronas twin towers.

Amazing Stay. Recommended for families.
Pros:

Staff are very accomodating. Rooms are clean except the linens were not very white. Amenities are almost complete except the water dispenser (hot and cold) and iron was supposed to be available in all floors (but available in first floor only).
