Cultureel bezoek.
Pros:

voor een 5 sterren Hotel van de groep Accor - Hier Sofitel- was de Ontbijt Manager of Restaurant Manager uit Georgien, een soort ROBOT. Geen persoonlijk gevoel voor de Avocado Toast. Slecht gepresenteerd uit de keuken.

Cons:

Indien keuze a la carte wat het ontbijt betreft, is de presentatie op het bord uit de keuken, zeer basic. In iedergeval geen gevoel voor 5 sterren Niveau.

Super Hotel , zentral , professionell geführt !
Pros:

Freundliches und professionelles Personal , zuvorkommend und organisiert. Man sieht direkt, das Hotel wird ordentlich geführt, man fühlt sich wohl , und spürt das Management hat alles im Griff! Sind schon Stammgäste.

Cons:

I got a room on the first floor from the street side. The windows are not enought quite and after the Metallica show I couldn't get relax bc whole Friday and Sunday night a lot of car drove at my windows.
Why I got the first floor at the street ? Im 20 years with Sofitel.

Ausstattung Minibar spärlich.
Am Anfang mussten einige Dinge ) Bademantel)nachgefordert werden, was allerdings prompt erledigt wurde.
