Good staff.easy access breskfast ok but I think you have to request room cleaning

Clean. Quiet. Good coffee.

Cons:

They missed that I paid on booking.com and charged me again. Should be easily resolved. Looks understaffed but they are helpful.

Pros:

I was not able to receive a receipt at the time I checked out as the printer was not working. May I have the receipt sent to my email please? Otherwise, I was happy with everything.

Pros:

We were a party of 10 and hung out in a beautiful ;lounge for several hours. We brought our own food and drink. There was only one girl there manning the hotel.and she was cool as a cucumber, attentive to us and cleaned up after us to get things ready for breakfast. We gave her a much deserved tip and I got a hug out of it! The place was very clean and the biscuits and gravy were yummy. Midwest hospitality everyone.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable hotel, highly recommended. Only bummer was no restaurants were open ( we were there just 1 night on a Sunday) in this town on Labor Day weekend. So we did go to Elyria to the local bar and grill and it was fantastic!
