Suzy at the front desk was really friendly and very efficient
This resort is amazing! My husband and I are from Virginia beach so we love Chincoteague beach
The horses put on a show for us and the shops and local restaurants are wonderful
We will be back very soon. Thank you for everything

Chincoteague bliss
Pros:

The room was super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They let me check in a little bit early because the room was ready early. A beautiful view of the bay!

Comfortable and welcoming for stay
Pros:

Great location for one night get away.
Staff over the top pleasant, at check in, at bar/restaurant.
Accessible room had plenty of pull bars in bath and shower.
Balcony overlooked the pool and out into the bay.
Very comfortable and clean.
Would love to come back when pool is open as there was a bar, grill and firepit at the pool.
Would definitely return.

Excellent
Pros:

The lady behind the desk Suzy was very professional and helped us out when we asked questions. The hotel is very clean ,and the bartender Pam was very professional and good at her job courtesy was 100% the whole stay. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Can't wait til I go again.

Pros:

The employees were very efficient, Suzy. The front desk Manager very efficient; Pam the Bar Tender very friendly and she would make what you needed; Alice, made excellant food; Benjamin, kept breakfast stocked and very clean. Rooms were clean and stocked.

we had a great time!!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and professional. We experienced a problem with heat and staff responded very quickly and moved us to another room. Breakfast was also very good. Accommodations were very nice and very clean.

Nothing at all, everything was great.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There were a couple of spots on the carpet in our room that looked like they could have been shampooed out if someone tried and the drywall wasn’t finished around the sprinkler head in the bathroom.

Our stay at Marina Bay Hotel and Suites in Chincoteague was lovely. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. We were delighted by a complimentary upgrade to a bayside room - it was such a thoughtful touch!
The only minor issue was that the breakfast buffet had an extra charge for kids, which was unexpected for us. Still, the overall experience was very positive, and we would gladly stay here again.

Lovely hotel!
Pros:

The view from the room was gorgeous!! The property was well-maintained & very clean, especially the bathroom.

Cons:

We were woken multiple times by noise from neighboring rooms. I was sharing a room with my son, and didn’t want to wake him by turning on the light/ dialing the front desk—only to find out in the morning that our neighbors kept him awake, too. Maybe you could walk the halls occasionally to address excess noise during sleep hours?
