Hotel was beautiful. It was clean. The bar inside was AMAZING! All the employees were nice and helpful. We will be making this a yearly ‘parents night out’ on our family vacation!!

Ohh - the house keeping should double checked the bedding in each bed before considering as ready for occupancy. The bedsheet has a large area of stain like urine in one of the bed. It was replaced by the night staff but it looks bad. This feedback is for opportunity to get much better service.. Thank you to all

Friendly staff, long waits for replacement towels, and mold in both rooms.

Location was good, staff was very friendly!

Cons:

Our first room had black mold in it, which required us to change rooms. They changed us to another room with the same number of beds, but it was smaller than the first room. After further inspection we also found mold in the second room. Waited hours for new towels and had to call multiple times.

requested and early check in 12-1p. Was told check in is at 4pm. Checked several time but was turned down. So, all other customers rooms were ready at 4pm too? I don't think so. If you can't accommodate dont' offer. Stayed here last year and was disappointed but tried to give them another chance. Will look elsewhere for next year.
