Location was convenient however substandard inclusions and cleanliness.

Location was convenient to South Bank.

Cons:

No sound proofing.
Air conditioning did not reach two of the bedrooms.
One bed had to be stripped due to multiple black hairs being found.
Couch was unable to accommodate number of guests.
Crockery and cutlery was limited and also not sufficient for number of guests.
