How tired it looked. Noticeable wear in the rooms. Stained sofa.
Great location, has everything you need for a short stay.
The property itself needs alot of love, the rooftop was dirty and things were broken down. With such amazing view from the roof they should look after it more.
Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel bzw. zur Stadt und die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist super. Museen sind in in unmittelbarer Nähe und laden zur Besichtigung ein.
Das Inventar der Wohnung muss dringend ein Update erhalten. Das wlan in der Wohnung war faktisch nicht vorhanden, weil der Router viel zu weit entfernt war.
Location. Ease of getting new room due to broken aircon
Aircon was broken in first room. Didn't work well in one of the replacement rooms. All rooms were not cleaned well.
Location was great
The hallways to the apartments present themselves as unclean, scuff marks all over the walls, could use with a repaint or some TLC to the building itself. Our apartment was untidy, pubic hairs in bathroom shower,
Basins dirty & old bar of soap left on basins.
Stained bedding, cheap wobbly furniture with stains and missing handles.
The room had the absolute bare basics of a couch, tv and tv unit. No welcoming decor at all.
The roof top area was very disappointing.
Broken chairs with screws hanging out, spa closed & BBQ’s chained shut.
Reception area could also use some decoration, great bones but not enough effort put into presentation.
Easy private parking
It was not clean and had a terrible smell. On entry you could smell a very very strong cleaning product smell and once that passed there was a terrible smell that was worst in the bedroom. We were unable to stay and returned the keys within the hour of collection.
Have stayed several times and location is perfect, staff are helpful and apartment is everything we want for a short or extended stay with (paid) secure parking. Fleet Lane Apartments is our "go to" for stays in BrisVegas
The cute little pub down the road is now closed :-(
Closeness to Southbank and City
Beds were uncomfortable, regular neighbours very noisy all hours of night and early morning hrs, unit furniture very poor quality and cleanliness.
Great location, views, facilities and space in the apartment. Parking well priced and easy to access.
While the bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the floors and blinds were not. Communal spaces were also unclean
The location was great, easy to walk everywhere. The place was clean and the staff were lovely!
The toilet didn’t flush incredibly well, but that was the only downfall

Room smelled of sweat.
The oven was faulty and wouldn't turn off.
Had no gas in the stove for a day.
Infested with ants - got into the food in the pantry.
Greeted by bedbug sitting on top of the bed.
Someone parked in our secure parking spot and management did not provide a safe and satisfactory solution.
Homeless people sleeping in the visitor parking, entrance and one in foyer.
