Location is perfect as it’s near Hakata Station and direct Airport train and bus.

Cons:

The self service laundry needs to be upgraded. There is only 1 washer and dryer each on 2 floors. The dryer is small and not able to dry the load of the washer. As it’s free, guests just leave their laundry and do not collect them until much later.

Pros:

Very good position for the station, shops a restaurants.

Cons:

Definitely need more washing machines and dryers. Took a couple of hours to do mine because of lack of dryers. Only 2 of each in the hotel. Also the 2 lifts get very congested in the morning.

Good location, affordable
Pros:

Comfort twin Room was big enough for Japanese hotels. Separate bathtub and shower has additional spa jets. Has welcome drink (self service of soft drinks, tea, coffee etc) and ice cream sticks.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Great location was great - near to Hakata station, and walking distance to Hakata Canal City. Plenty of food options around. Room size and bathroom size were bigger than usual Japan business hotels.

Cons:

More hanging space/hooks will be nice - the current space by the door was insufficient.

Good stay overall
Pros:

The property is a very standard business hotel, however the rooms were a bit bigger than usual Japanese standards. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast delicious.
