Short walk to everything old town has to offer and very quiet at night . Would stay again

The pool, room was spacious, the location , breakfast and staff were friendly

Cons:

The room lack certain features- eg cushions on the sofa would have been nice . If the TV could swivel , prefer to watch from the sofa rather than the bed , a coffee table in from of the sofa . An extra chair on the balcony and install a double power point above the bench

Cons:

Beskrivelsen af værelset som værende superior med udsigt over byen. Der var bestemt ikke tilfældet - udsigten var til privat udestue med skrammel og den lå 5 m fra altan.

Sengende var behagelige men madrassen var placeret på gulvet som så var placeret på en lille forhøjet niveau. - dumt specielt hvis du har ældre mennesker med.

旧市街から徒歩数分の立地
メイン道路から少し入っているから静か
ホテル前に旅行代理店が何軒かあり、ミーソン遺跡までのタクシー手配などに便利
朝食は種類も多く美味しかった

Cons:

DRY設定にしないと、部屋が湿っぽかった。このため温度調節が出来ず、部屋が寒かった
なぜかプラグが入り難いコンセントがあり、不便だった。

立地が最高！！
Pros:

ホイアン旧市街が徒歩８分位の立地で大変暑い中だったのでとてもよかった。全体的に雰囲気が良い。ホテルの周りは比較的静かでした。スタッフの方も親切でした！

Cons:

ホテルキーが１枚しかなく、外出の際に部屋全体の電源が切れてしまうのでエアコンが
落ちてしまう為、外出から帰る度に部屋が暑くなってしまうのが残念でした
エアコンだけは切れない様なシステムになると嬉しい。洗面所とバスの壁がブラウンで
とても暗い。もっと照明が明るいとよいのだが…

Very relaxing, heart of Hoi An without being in the old quarter directly
Pros:

This property was everything I wanted it to be and more. The greenery around the entire hotel was so relaxing and calming, especially in the pool area. The room was spacious, comfortable, always clean. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. As we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, some of the staff checked in on us regularly which was really lovely. Mickey specially was an enjoyable face to see around.

Cons:

The only negative we can pick about this hotel is the breakfast service. Smaller variety of food compared to previous experiences, which isn’t the issue. Sometimes when we would come down (inconsistent of time) the food was not being replenished fast enough to allow visitors to have access to the full selection.

Good value, central location and very clean, modern facilities.
Pros:

The hotel was in a central location, just outside the old town. We liked this because it was a short walk into the old town where all the shops, tailors and many restaurants were. There was good variety for breakfast, the quality was similar to other hotels of this standard. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very attentive and responsive.

Cons:

Only two minor negatives. The bathroom smelt a little. The staff fixed by burning some nice oils. On our last morning some construction work across the road started at around 6am and was a little noisy.

Great location to old town. Good size rooms

Cons:

Our original room 312 was very spacious but sadly the electrical switch box in the room was making a noise which meant sleeping was going to be a problem and also the room had a terrible wet moldy smell. Honestly it wasn’t good but 10-30 that night the management was great and put us into another room to sleep then the next morning moved us to another room which was good. The staff were great

Soluzione ottima per visitare il centro di Hoi An. Molto vicino a piedi. Staff super disponibile, colazione ottima. Hanno anche un servizio gratuito di noleggio biciclette, molto efficiente.

Cons:

Credo che la struttura sia stata rinnovata da poco, e in stanza c'era un odore un po' fastidioso, probabilmente di vernice. Niente di drammatico, ma abbiamo dovuto arieggiare diverse volte
