Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit

Very Exceptional Professional..very nice staff

Qiu Hotel Sukhumvit is situated on the doorstep of the Skytrain's On Nut station which is about a 25 minute train ride from MBK Shopping centre in town. We loved the food cart offerings at the station and, at THB50 for staples like delicous pork and noodle soup, this became our staple go-to for quick meals. My wife did prefer to go to McD which is in the shopping centre adjoining the station but we were very happy with the local street food.

The hotel is clean and unpretentious, the staff were super friendly and the breakfast Khao Tom soup with pork was my daily go-to which fills you up in preparation for a day of exploring Bangkok. Our sons enjoyed the pool, the room service and the novelty of the 2 hole putting green on the hotel front steps.

On the downside, our 2 rooms were small with no cupboard space and, the "gym" consists of one treadmill and a couple of free weights so not worth using. The restaurant/bar is operated separately from the hotel so we could not add meals and drinks to our room tab and had to pay cash upfront.

All in all, a great value hotel if you are using it just to put your head down at night and recharge with a buffet breakfast. A traveller who we met from Hawaii raved about the 2 massage parlours located next door to the hotel. We did not try them but they were always full and he thought good value at THB200 for 1 hour.

Note - Bangkok morning traffic is insane so if you are looking to catch taxis towards River City by 9am, rather hail them no later than 7.30am before you need to get to that location on Sukhumvit Road and not from the hotel. We did the Damnoen Saduk floating market and Maeklong railway fleamarket tour from that location with Big Country Experience - well worth it!

Bath room was smelly

I like everything of this hotel the only issue was that wash hand basin waste water was coming out from the plugand waste, apart of that this hotel is my favorite hotel.

Very good hotel

Been to Qiu Hotel quite a few times in the past 6 months as it is close to an appointment I have every month. They know me so check in is quick, room is usually ready by noon when I arrive, Just about any shopping you want is within a 5 minute walk, as are the street vendors, massage, BTS station and movie house.

Great location. Property is not well maintained. The staff was excellent. I was here 4 years before and it has gone down in quality

I have appointments in the area and this is my go to hotel for convenience. Close to my doctor, the BTS, Lotus and all shopping.

We have stayed in Bangkok quite a few times in last 7yrs and always stayed in same place but this time fancied a change. SO GLAD WE DID ! This place definitely ticks all the boxes, we’ve always stayed in this area so know where things are but if you’ve never been here before then everything you need is within 5 mins walk. 7-11 at end of street, BTS station 3-4 mins walk, cinema and big supermarket 5 mins and the best part there is an abundance of really tasty street food vendors nearby.
Room and hotel are spotlessly clean and the staff are all smiley and helpful, we couldn’t get tv to work and it was sorted in minutes. Shower is amazing and best part was I could adjust the height, I’m 6”1” and anyone that’s been to Asia will know some showers just aren’t made for tall people. There is a restaurant and they serve breakfast though we didn’t get to try these but did use the bar for a cold Chang after being out and about all day and again was served by friendly smiley staff.
All in all if you’ve never been here before then this is perfect for first time and if like us you’ve been before then change your hotel to this one…..you’ll be pleased you did.
Liked it so much have rebooked in about 3 was for few days before we fly home.

It’s not a luxury hotel but a friendly style comfortable hotel. It has most things we need in a hotel room. location is very good. Exchange money, local massage, Lotus, local market, big mall, etc, all within walking distance. The only weakness may be the room key. I felt not secured.

Stayed here a few times. Close to my chiropractor and a short 2 minute walk to BTS station.

Locking the patio doors to the room was a bit of a problem.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I like the neighborhood and wanted to find a hotel near the On Nut BTS station, and this hotel is just 3 minutes walk from the statiin. There's also a large 7-11 right at the corner, Lotus's supermarket and Century Mall by the BTS station, and numerous food options very close by. 

The hotel seems new, with a modern feel. There's a restaurant, bar, and cafe on site. I booked a pool view room but was upgraded to a pool side room. The room had a king bed (too firm), wardrobe, microwave, kettle, fridge, very large smart TV, air purifier, and a separate tub and shower in the bathroom. The AC was quiet and efficient. There was a dressing table that could be used as a desk, although not for a long period as it's too low for comfort. The swimming pool was large and there were plenty of places to sit. 

Staff were attentive and professional. Although they're pretty insistent about checking out at 12:00, they offer luggage storage and a comfortable lobby for waiting on a late flight. Overall I feel the price point is correct for this level of comfort. I will definitely return to this hotel.

My first time staying at this hotel as it is close to a doctor I see in Bangkok, Check in was fast and I was a couple hours early for check in time. Hotel is smaller but clean and staff is great. Food is good in the restaurant and there is plenty of street food nearby. Interesting place; built in a square around a pool area in the middle. Only downfall I saw was the room was smaller than advertised on Expedia--much smaller. Not even room for a chair between the bed and desk. A beanbag chair was provided however.

The location is amazing and the staff were so lovely.

My kids, wife and I also loved the nearby massage places.

The hotel is near the On Nut BTS Station. Big C super center and Lotus mall are just around the corner. Hotel service is excellent. The rooms are clean and good space. There is so many good food stalls nearby the hotel.

Great hotel for a base in Bangkok.
Breakfast was good..
Seven11 just dwn thd road as is the MRT train.
Pool is handy and Beds are super comfy.
Staff friendly and location is the bonus.
Would recommend to stay here and We look forward to coming back.
