Great
Pros:

No faulty smell.

Cons:

Still have cob webs in ceiling and corners of the rooms and dirty rubbish surrounded near the building. There's a cockroach in the toilet and the bed has sunk. Not good for back spine.

Very Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Only the location, because it's nearer to Lost World of Tambun.

Cons:

I stayed at Hotel Tulip Tambun and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. The room was not clean, and there was visible mold on the wall near the floor.
The bathroom heater was in very bad condition. While I was showering, the heater cover suddenly came off, which felt unsafe. At night, it was very noisy due to passing cars and barking dogs, so I couldn’t sleep properly.
The TV was also not functioning as promised. Staff said it could connect to YouTube, but it didn’t work after several attempts. When I tried to look for assistance, the staff were often not available at the reception.
I had already paid in full and couldn’t get a refund, so I had to tolerate the situation. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.
