Sniadanie było bardzo drogie w stosunku do cen zywności w restauracjach. Sniadanie powinno byc w cenie.
La qualité de la literie. Le petit déjeuné et le personnel sont excellent.
Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt zowel met Aziatische als Europese variatie , er waren zelfs verse Amerikaanse pannenkoekjes .
Wifi in de kamer viel steeds weg.
Zwembad is niet diep, (1.20 meter) maar diep genoeg om veilig baantjes te trekken met mensen/vrienden die het zwemmen niet 100% onder de knie hebben.
Het is jammer dat de receptie toets mmop de telefoon niet werkte.
Ik heb bij de buren moeten bellen.
Achteraf bleek dat de keuzeknop 0 naar de receptie wel werkte.
De kluis in de kamer kreeg ik niet meer geopend. Gelukkig kon dit snel verholpen worden.
This property is an oasis of Swiss management in the middle of seemingly nowhere. This is European standards. Possibly the best trained staff in Indonesia. When was the last time a front desk attendant could help you with concierge related matters? Here, they can and they do. Hotel is located along a wide Boulevard wirh walkable sidewalks. NEAR hotels Luminor and Aston. Swiss belhotel stands above the others. My favourite feature are the floor to ceiling windows not only in the rooms but in the hallways. Also, The View is a roof top restaurant.
Pool has oddly limited hours. This should be reconsidered.
