We are party of 2 - myself 56 and my son 23 yo. We liked that the hotel is well-equipped for our 4 days 3 nights stay. It has the amenities we want. Location is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. The massage chairs at the lobby are excellent!! We enjoyed them very much. I used the gym and found it ok. Water dispenser at the gym is excellent addition to the hotel - appreciate the GO GREEN movement!!. TV showed US open tennis - a nice surprise!
Bathroom floor at the shower place in room 205 is not good - water doesnt flow to the hole hence giving huge water pool in the bathroom, very dangerous. I have to ask towels to block the water from the shower place. It makes the showering experience not enjoyable at all. Luckily housekeeping staffs been very helpful to provide extra towels for the bathroom. The strong fragrance in the lobby close to the massage chair is also not to my liking. If only they can tone it down a bit, would have make our stay a perfect one!!.
