Marina Byblos Hotel

I wasn’t happy with the hotel at first, but Ana, the Guest Relations, completely changed my experience. She moved me to a quieter, higher floor for free and even arranged a late takeaway breakfast. She feels like a daughter—kind, caring, and professional. She’s the reason I stayed for 10 days. Ana is a true asset to the hotel. All love from Germany💐💐💐

The location of this hotel has a very rich and impressive view! I highly recommend this hotel for a visit, as they treat guests with great care, courtesy, and respect! During our stay here, I would especially like to highlight the staff. Mona, Hilary,Awais,Jafar,Ravi and Mr.Maher. I have the best impressions of them and the hotel! Thank you for everything!

The room was not upto the mark. Also the breakfast buffet spread was a little sparse…

I came for drinks only ,this hotel is just behind my home ,and I met Sher. OMG, he is such an amazing host! I can’t even describe how I feel about him. He noticed that I wasn’t comfortable and made sure I felt completely at ease. I really appreciate him ,I feel so comfortable now while writing this review. I will definitely come to this place only because of him. Sher, I’d give you 100%!

first minutes that u enter the hotel the atmosphere is magnificent.Rooms are always clean and pleasant. Hotel is full of beautiful and wonderful pictures . Hotel staff is always lovely. Food is very delicious , and various, always fresh and tasty .Hotel has a lot of facilities for example pool, gym and spa. My impressions are amazing .The hotel is near to a lot of stores, beach etc. Im sure my second arrival will be in this hotel again:)

Not a good stay. Hotel seemed old and a bit run down and room had a funky smell.

I have visited recently this hotel and found there in the lobby interesting Gift Shop. Had very pleasant experience in the shop. Prices were affordable, saleslady Svetlana was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, she was polite and offered me nice things with good price. I wish all shops in Dubai had such amazing staff. Thank you for such service and good memory. ❤️

Eleven Eleven... total scam, beware of being overcharged for drinks. The staff are working to bring you the most expensive drinks on the list.

AVOID THIS VENUE AT ALL COSTS

The hotel is in the very convenient location. You can easily reach metro, jbr Beach and marina mall. The breakfast is super and the rooms are spotless. The employees serve you 24/7. They also have a nice swimming pool on rooftop with the view of the city. Everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Marina Byblos Hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the marina and close to everything you might need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the amenities at the hotel made the stay even more enjoyable.

I would especially like to thank Ana and Mona for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. They were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my stay.

Pros: Fast check in and check out, thank you for Katrina and Krizia at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The view of the marina was nice. Walking distance from the metro station. Walking distance as well to Jumeirah Beach Residence and Blue Waters.

Cons: Room is kinda outdated and need some renovation, the carpets was not that cleaned, tv channels was not working (however it was fixed when we reported it), the room doesn't have smart tv cannot connect our devices, kettle is old need to be changed. Requested some housekeeping amenities from the QR code/app but it took long time to be delivered (it was placed in the evening when we came from outside)

This was my first time staying at this hotel, but far from my first visit to Dubai - I’ve been here 39 times, so I know what to expect from local hotels.
Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

The hotel simply does not meet the standards of a 4-star property.
The staff, especially on floor R where towels are provided, are extremely unprofessional. A particular female staff member was shockingly rude - raising her voice and showing no respect to guests. You’re only allowed one towel per day, which is fine if it’s explained politely.
But instead, it’s delivered with an attitude that can ruin your whole day.

The rooms are very basic and clearly outdated they’re in serious need of renovation.
Breakfast is disappointing as well: limited options and poor quality overall.

I’m not someone trying to promote other places, and I won’t mention names, but I’ve stayed in several other 4-star hotels nearby that are on a completely different level.
The service, the rooms, and even the breakfast there are all far better.

I won’t be coming back to this hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless some major improvements are made.
Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously.

The towels and beddings look very old
Bathroom or shower was leaking.
Rooms were not hoovered.
The cleaners tried as much as they could.
Same breakfast every day.
There was no variety of different food in all meals.
In general staff seemed friendly

Very good reception, warm welcoming late night, the personal cas polite and efficient even for each tasks. Great room with nice view.
