Rooms and all facilities are not well maintained. Really disappointing with this resort.

Nice resorts hotel for a short gateway from city life. Love the orchard view from our balcony.

The resort is not been renovated since it start operating few years ago. Was visiting this resort in 2015, the condition was good. But during recent visit, furniture are aged and not proper maintained. Mini zoo which was free last time now been charged, even we are hotel guests. Hopefully there will been some upgrading works can be carried out.

Worth the money with pretty nice amenities. I just don't like the very tiny room.

Overall it's a great place for family getaway. Staff hospitality is actually at top notch from receptionist, buggy driver and waitresses in the two restaurants. Prompt and attentiveness in each call for buggy services even at peak hours. Luck was on our side as durians season just started. In between our chalets are amidst in a perfect landscaping and durian trees! We are welcome to pick our durians all around the resorts. The buggy driver even helped us to open and watch us savoured their fantastic durians! Kids are elated with this new experienced. Wifi absence in our rooms enable family members participate more bonding, which is a good point to me.

Downside of this resort is there are some maintenance work that needs to buck up. Eg. swimming pool chipped edges might cut children. Game room pool table which are free to play whole day long has broken cue stick.

With just a little more upkeep work, this is a fantastic place for a peaceful and tranquil holiday for all.

I was expecting a quiet and relaxing time but the hotel decided to cut the grass during my stay there. So the sound from the motor of the grass cutter kinda spoiled that. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Ser utroligt ud bygget op af et bjerg, men værelsernes standard er ikke god. Ingen sengeborde, halvdelen at lysene virkede ikke og sofaen manglede betræk på hynden. Døde insekter i badeværelset hjalp ikke på oplevelsen og servicen i restauranten om aftenen var under al kritik. Morgenmaden var god.

really disappointed with the treatment from receptionist. Lucky i just stay here for one night.the bed is smelly and bathroom is small and leaving sink. This resort have high potential. If they fix their minor problem, i will definitely consider to come back again

A pleasant experience that enabled us city dwellers to escape into nature.

Spaces a little bit too small. Lot of mosquitoes

Good for relaxation n recharge. Breakfast has variety with fried Mee hoon, nasi lemak, porridge n toast bread. Taste good

Too bad, electricity was down for few times during mid night, feedback to front desk they don't even said sorry.

Everything good except internet connection from day one when we check in until check out they haven't fixed it so difficult we only can call true Internet .

So many things not up to standard ; old bed linen and towels , no kitchen equipment , air conditioner struggled to cool room , fridge barely cooled contents , had to wait 24 hours for technician to fix tv reception [ not able to get anything in English except sport] , reception unwilling to accommodate even simple requests ,spa service not available , was told we could not go to our room up on the hill as the drive up there was too dangerous in the rain......WAY too expensive for what it provided .

Good environment , require some improvement on room interior

Internet does not work at all. No towels in room upon arrival. Very amateurish set up which is a pity because the location and layout is beautiful. Room layout of single rooms bad with shower located in the toilet cubicle, so have to sit on toilet for shower. Hopeless TV channels
