Pros:

Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived at about 12plus but was rejected to check in due to "fully booked". Then after checking, suddenly was informed if I wanna check-in, need pay early check-in fee. So room wasn't full all along? My requests indicated did not match as well due to same reason "fully booked". Late check-out not possible due to "fully booked" as well. -.-

Anyway, location of hotel may be quite inconvenient for those who don't have vehicle. Unless you wanna rely on grab throughout.

In conclusion, won't be returning to stay. Stay at your own discretion.

New Hotel with strategic location
Pros:

Overall the hotel is comfort to stay for my vacation with reasonable price. The hotel has strategic location to klebang beach, jonker street and other attractions within 7 to 12 minutes travelling by car. It is also easy to find parking. Restaurants, cafe, convinience shops, laundry shop are nearby the hotel. However, the room's toilet has little flood after taking a bath. Also, hotel room's small pantry area has some dusts. Hope it will be improved before my next visit.

It was a basic hotel with plus points mainly at the proximity of convenient access to multiple choices of meals and drinks by walking only. Access to tourist attractions require transportation. Competitors nearby were not hesitant on raising their stakes and options.

Pros:

3 of us (mum dad and son) stayed at a family room with a king and a single. Room is spacious but sparse on decor but serves its purpose.

E Red Hotel is a hotel chain and this outlet is relatively new so most facilities are still intact and in working order.

This hotel has a restaurant on first floor and one has option for breakfast included in room booking.

Little pricy but breakfast ok
Pros:

Cleanliness of the whole hotel. But the rooms are very warm when you come back in the evening. The Aircon not working well as it was not cold. The electric kettle is rusty inside . But generally hotel is ok.

"NEW,CLEAN,EXCELLENT STAFF,GOOD FACILITIES"
Pros:

Stayed here with mum for one night,we were given a room on the 3rd floor.Hotel is clean and new,rooms are decent and comfortable.Only problem door keep jamming and can't open,most people seem to have that issue.

Breakfast was good.Will stay here.Staff are very helpful.

Poor Room Service and Access Control System
Pros:

The door access system is poor, 1st time register and go to the room, the card can not open the door. On the next day, after we go out for a long trip, back to the room, the card can not open the door again :( Furthermore, no one come and clean the room even though we did not display the “do not disturb” sign.
But overall, the room and the price is good!
