Задоволително качество, но не отговарящо на 5*
Pros:

Стаята беше много просторна, леглата големи и удобни. Гледката от терасите- уникална. Общите пространства чисти и сравнително поддържани. Персоналът е от млади хора, отзивчив. Храната в тематичните ресторанти беше много хубава.

Cons:

За да стигнеш плажът, който се полага за хотела се налага да повървиш, не е пред самият хотел и определеноедоста малък за хотел с такъв капацитет. Пясъкът е бил заравнен и почистен в началото на сезона и повече не личи да е бил обработван. Дъските на дървените пътеки в самия плаж бяха разхлабени, разчупени, на места липсващи. 90% от чадърите бяха раздрани. Наливните сокове, газирани, алкохол.. доста разредени. В основния ресторант цареше хаос, за да се докопаш до храната. Стаята ни беше на 9ти етаж и в пикови часове след плаж не достигаше топла вода. Фитнеса е много малък и необорудван. Банята е заредена само с шампоан, балсам, душ гел, течен сапун и едно малко сешоарче.

The hotel is very large and spacious. Clean, we had a lot of fun and didn't leave the hotel. There was food and drink at all times of the day and the hotel staff, especially the reception lady Veronica, was ready to help us with anything we needed. In addition, the spa experience was excellent

הבריכות. המיקום על החוף. והצוות של הבידור.

Cons:

רמת האוכל והשתיה. חוסר תחזוקה בחדרים. ותקלות בחדרים . במיזוג ובאמבט. ורמת שירות ורמת אדיבות צוות הקבלה לא באמת טוב. חיוכים מאולצים לא עושים את העבודה.
