The One Premium Hotel

Staff was very helpful. The area is very active day and night.

Stayed as a family without reading reviews (regular travellers & rooky error) and it was only for one night but cheap family room.
We Felt safe, near the market, large room and nice staff ...they even let us check in early.
The Aircon was rattling but working & the safe was broken during our stay but the issues we didn't let bother us.

Unfortunately our room was in front of the nightclub level 4 VIP (fancy) and we heard doof doof untill 12am, hey if it was good music I wouldn't complain but not my vibe. It's Not convenient or great for the hotel to have it there so this hotel is for a particular tarket audience and not families.
So if you're here in Ho Chi minh and want a cheap room, close to the market, are out late anyway and the noise won't bother you this is the hotel for you.

All the staffs were really helpful in every way. Hats off to Mr Dat who went above and beyond customer service.

Unfortunately, the hotel has some insects/animal issues in the room and we had to change room twice. Management already know.

Also the room on the street side is very loud at night due to the dancing club (District K) across the street from 7pm to 2am very loud music. The rooms are not soundproofed. And not ideal for a good night sleep.

Staff are very efficient. Super fast check in.
Small but comfortable rooms.
Very close to Ben Thanh market, craft beer pubs and many restaurants.

The toilet is very smelly

The location next to Ben Thanh markets, shops and food was great. The hotel was opposite a club so the music and people screaming on the streets is extremely noisy.

Very loud noise coming from bar across the road so couldnot sleeptill 1am when it closed

I arrived at the one I booked to find it was across the road from a VERY loud nightclub. The floors were literally vibrating. I asked for my money back and was told no-they arranged for me to stay at another "one hotel" that was further away from Ben Thanh. ( where I needed to be near) I then had to get in a taxi at 12.30am and move to another hotel. This hotel was older and I suppose more simple ( not worth the money I paid) Wotif needs to be more transparent and TELL THE TRUTH

Very good

Overall this hotel was close to shopping, dining, and the night market. The front desk was very friendly, however, the room was very run down. For the price the overall stay was average.

Very good hotel stay for the price. We were looking for inexpensive hotel in the area. Location was excellent and convenient to Ben Thanh Market and other surrounding attractions.

I cannot stand the bad stench of smell inside the hotel lobby and walkways.

Breakfast was a little basic and asian oriented. Wifi was woefully slow but otherwise could not fault this hotel. It is just meters from the main market and central to everything. Staff are extremely polite and helpful.
