The reception staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, patient and quick to respond whenever we had a request. We asked about a few things around the city and they were happy to help. There is also a convenience store right next to the hotel, which was surprisingly useful for grabbing water and snacks. The central location made getting around very easy.
. OuOuworked well, which was especially welcome after walking around the city in the heat. The location is also very convenient, with Ben Thanh Market and plenty of food places nearby.
We stayed here for a few nights and found it to be a decent option for the price. The room wasn’t very large and the hotel is a little older, but everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was quite simple, with a limited selection, but what we tried was tasty. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Nothing fancy, but considering the location and price, I think it was fair.
The staffs were friendly, polite and available whenever I needed help. The air conditioner in my room wasn’t working properly, so I contacted them about it. They responded quickly and came to take a look. They did their best to fix it, which I appreciated. Even though there was a small issue with the room, the staff handled it well and made the situation much easier.

water in the shower was cold so the temperature was not very hot.

E' stato tutto ok. il WIFI non era a pagamento. Non c'è stato niente che non mi è piaciuto.
The location is just a few steps from Ben Tanh Market however it is directly in front of a club which makes it impossible for rest. It's loud until 4-5am. Our room was very dim, bed was substandard, and bathroom was horrible. The shower was broken, tiles were also broken, and water pressure was so weak.
I was so disappointed with the bathroom situation that i had to request a change in room. It was slightly better however the shower couldn't be adjusted, the bedroom was also very poorly made. Bed was hard. Elevator was dirty as well as the staircase and hallways.
